Bad experience at Subway (around 11 AM) I went in to pick up a delivery order, but the staff didnāt seem to notice it at all. When I asked, they said ā5 minutes,ā even though there were no customers inside at that time. Then a customer walked in, and one of the two staff members started preparing their order, while the other began working on mine. A few moments later, another customer came in ā and the staff member stopped handling my order, which was already ready to be packed, just to serve the new customer instead.
It was very disrespectful and made me feel completely ignored, as if my time didnāt matter at all. I honestly felt treated like I was less important just because I was a delivery driver. Terrible service and zero...

Was delivered with the drinks in the same bag as the hot food, the apple juice had been put at the bottom and there was a hole in it which left our entire order soaked in juice and totally inedible. Contacted store and was told too bad, continued to complain and was told I would receive a call back that I never received. $80 out of pocket with no food. Absolute disgrace. Terrible and rude customer service by staff, all of whom need learn some god damn respect. Pathetic...

You order online using subway app to save time and get there to collect your order but everytime as you get there they will check your order and then will start preparing it. What's the point of ordering online? Sometime I wonder if the attendants there can even read the online orders? When I expressed my frustration, the attendant started laughing instead of being apologetic.
Try another Subway nearby and don't bother going...
