I went in to get my subway and was rudely told by one of the staff members at the door that I wasn't allowed to come in due to them cleaning their floors and I quote "You can wait 20 minutes until the floor is dried but even then there's no point because it will be closing time." Even though it states on your door that you guys close at 10 pm on fridays and I arrived at 8:20 at night. I waited 10 minutes in the car and another customer arrived and was served straight way without hesitation. The entire time I was getting dirty looks when served my sandwich.
I understand if it was closing time and I got there 10 minutes before hand and they refused service but not 8:20 at night when it clearly states on your door 10 pm. I also don't understand why you would mop the floor knowing that you have another 1.5 hours of working. Usually you would do that at the end of the night. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be returning to your store.
Please educate your young staff. I understand they probably have better things to do but refusing service in a service industry when you have 1.5 hours till closing time is a wrong way...

When the order arrived we found out from our computer screen tracking as driver didn’t ring doorbell or knock so our food went cold. Paid for extras such as avocado but they didn’t even put it in our footlongs. Skimped on the fillings and meat was dry and tough. Ordered pack of 3 cookies and instead of subbing them and giving us a call and apologising they took our money and wrote a note on a paper bag “no cookies so sorry.” How hard is it to give people what they order and be able to tell them how to get a refund. Read moreI can't believe it! Today we found a hot contender for the worst Subway. We've seen some strong competition in our travels but these guys have gone the extra effort. Which is surprising because no effort was put into any aspect of today's dining experience. From lack of service, communication, engagement, sloppy sandwich making and leaving half the ingredients on the bench. You got both orders so wrong despite our encouragement and support. In every stage and process there was failure. We left with the sad parcel reeking of failure and depression clutched in our cold hands.
