It used to be a good spot but it’s going downhill apparently. Just got this “sandwich” today. 1 - asked the server man to change gloves as it was a veggie sandwich and I saw him handle meat with his gloves. Declined, said I saw it wrong cause it was just cheese.. think I know the difference. 2 - asked and paid for extra cheese.. got barely more than usual. 3 - see the presentation of my food in the photo and the care he took with it (no rush hour, only customer. 4 - barely any mayo cause they ran out and he could t bother to refill the bottle. 5 - salt and pepper - only a bit in the middle of the sandwich. Thanks! That’s useful for taste. 6 - bread had been sitting out instead of being taken out of the storage. 7 - cookies were so damn dry that half of them ended up in crumbs and it was inedible. 8 - grabbed the cookies with the same gloves.. now, show me a person who loves avocado and onion taste all over their cookies cause the server is too lazy to use the tongs. I was also not offered a bag although I was obviously carrying them and had no bag on me. At least before they asked and had a couple of nice words to the customers.

Read moreVisited today, first of all 1 girl seemed like she was on training she seemed good but the other lady was so rude and was rushing everything, 1st time she burnt our garlic toasty, that’s fine but second time toasty had so much garlic that we took only 1 bite (2 people that means only 2 bites) cheese was separated ,garlic was separated on toasty and half of the toasty had no garlic or cheese either when we complained she took toasty from my hand without saying or listening, which was very rude than 30 seconds later she comes back and tell us what was the issue exactly and very rudely said that we have eaten half of it. So we said ok than you can throw it because it tasted very bad without any apology or what so ever communicating she left again. I would highly recommend owner to hire 1 staff that’s good at customer service but a little slow as with practice they can work fast but don’t hire people who are bad at customer service and what so ever no communication skills...
