Subway — Restaurant in Melbourne

I figured I'd write a review so Parkmore Subway would step up their game. I'm only writing this because I've been disappointed on more than one occasion at the Parkmore Subway.

While I was at Parkmore shopping centre last week, I saw a sign that read '2 wraps for $12'. So I decided to take up the offer and went to subway. When I asked for the $12 deal the girl at the counter said we don't have an such offer. I couldn't be bothered arguing and decided to eat elsewhere.

I passed the sign today at around 1pm and took a photo of it reading the 2 for $12 deal. I went in to the deal, the girl asked which wrap I would like. I picked two multi-grains. She found one wrap and then asked her colleague if they had any more wraps. I saw that she was struggling to find another multigrain so I said I'm happy with any wrap then. Too which she responded they have no more left, and it would take two hours to defrost the next batch.

I don't like to write bad reviews however I feel as if feedback needs to be provided otherwise my bad experience might be repeated through someone else. This would be the absolute worst presented Subway in Australia. The table outside was filthy, the ground wasn't swept and food was scattered everywhere in the bain-marie The assistant was unpacking bread into the oven and leaving the wrappers in the bain-marie. Food did not look fresh

It's clear that the shop owner/Manager haven't trained the assistant. She was polite however was oblivious of peoples time constrains (I was on a short break). After waiting for about 3 to 4 minutes, I left as she was still...

Unfortunately i arrived when the owner was training new staff. The new staff member was making my subway and was constantly being told she was putting to much toppings in the roll. In my personal opinion she wasnt putting enough. I understand times are tough, but if you food quality is not there and your purposely telling your staff to make subways rolls like that, then your reviews will show.

On top of that the food was not fresh, the amount of steak that was put on the roll was ridiculously low. Bad experience and i was starving, everything tastes amazing when your starving, not that day.

Id personally go for a 7 eleven sandwich than go to...
