Have been coming here quite regularly over the past three months. Not only do I love the food to eat in and have for takeaway but I also love the staff!

A few time when I come I tend to order things such as no salsa on top (because I'm picky) and there has been a few times when it has been super duper busy, where the kitchen has forgotten and then informed me to ask if I would like another one made. Being someone who has worked in hospitality and in particular takeaway restaurants, I tend to not care and am happy to take the order how it is because it's not an allergy thing and it's just a little bit of salsa. I know how it feels to have dramatic customers who act like it's the end of the world and I'm just not that type of person.

Although I take the order how it comes they are ALWAYS overly generous with either giving me extra coupon cards, free takeaway drinks etc. I really do appreciate this because they do everything they can to make up for a mistake even though I honestly don't care about its still so lovely they show how much they care.

Overall it just shows to me they really do care about their customers experience and they care about how their customers enjoy their food.

Placed a phone order for pick up, got there and tried to overcharge me for 2 x enchilada grande ($22 each) when I ordered only one plus a chilli fries ($14). The friendly guy said "ok, a singular?" Which i said yes to. I got a 25% discount on top. $36 with 25% disc = 27 I paid $27.50 and said nothing. I get home with my food and no mex rice or frijoles are with my two enchiladas which is what the 'grande' comes with... I ring and he tells me, "I asked you if you wanted just the enchiladas and you said yea". That's not what happened my bro. You said 'singular' meaning one of the grande. So I then asked how much just the enchiladas are that i got and he said $9 each, so $18 plus the $14 chilli fries is $32 adding the 25% discount is $24... I asked why I paid $27.50 and he tried to explain that his workings out where correct.... We've been going here for about 20 years and unfortunately won't be going again. Went here on Saturday night for my daughter's birthday - and won't be returning. It took about an hour from ordering to get nachos on the table, and they weren't the nachos that have been my favourite for many years, and not equalled anywhere. They were... stingy... I think - not enough of anything, a small smear of guacamole and sour cream, not enough cheese. Very disappointing. Before the nachos actually came out they brought us out what looked like a bowl of McDonalds fries - if you have time to cook fries why not do the nachos? Then the main meal finally came after another 45 minutes and again very disappointing. I took a bite out of the chicken quesadilla and couldn't eat the rest - the chicken was grey and looked awful.
