21/3/22 Omg !!! Response to my comment by owner is so so so rude. Never heard any restaurant reply with such an attitude. Every single thing mentioned in response is not correct. 1. We were not walkins , we did called in advance and booked our table for 7:45 pm which the girl on call said yes we have table for two. Picture of my call history attached. If it was busy you could have mentioned that we are booked out rather than just mentioning on call that yes we have booked. 2. We were never told that cheese butter masala was a kids vegetable, it is listed in mains in the menu. 3. The girl with the specs did not mentioned about the time when we ordered. She only mentioned for the second time when we ordered roti the second time and that we agreed. 4. We like spicy food and we never insist of getting us mild food not even in dreams so you mentioning that we insisted is a false statement. So if u can’t handle negative feedback Atleast don’t reply and lie. Those who want to come at your restaurant will anyway. But my decision of not coming back feels right even more after such response from restaurant. They don’t treat cx’s equally. Special treatments were given to Australian cx and I did not mind at first cos as Indian they are our guest and we appreciate them trying Indian cuisine but now with this response it made me understand that as Indian restaurant they don’t respect Indian cx’s and are clearly rude. ——————- 18/3/22Only good thing was mango lassi, masala papad and garlic naan from our dine in tonight. I would rather deduct one more star. Very very slow service . Our main course was served 50 mins after our starter and masala papad . Dal fry was very disappointing Cheese butter masala was way too sweet Portion was layered samosa was too less For the price we are paying , wait time and taste of food is not provided I rarely find any place bad. You can even check my review history in profile. But honestly, I would not prefer coming back and wait for an hour in order to get below average food taste.

So, I took a friend's advice and tried out this restaurant on a busy Wednesday night. We had a guest from overseas, and I thought, why not? We ordered some potato crisps, chicken chili, and a gin and tonic. The starters were fine, but instead of the G&T, they served me a mojito. When I pointed it out, the server insisted it was a G&T and even roped in a colleague to back her up. Thankfully, the second server admitted their mistake and offered to fix it. The corrected drink? G&T with crushed mint leaves—because who doesn’t love a bit of greenery in their drink? For the main course, we ordered Goan fish curry and paneer. The paneer was passable, but the Goan curry? Let’s just say I’ve had better from places that don’t even pretend to serve Indian food. Imagine expecting authentic Goan fish curry and getting fish in a tomato gravy instead. Disappointing doesn't even cover it. As for the service, the wait between courses was a breezy 50 minutes—eight whole tables were occupied, after all! But when I mentioned my concerns while paying the bill, I got the classic blank stare—no apology, no acknowledgment, just a tick-box "Was the food alright?" Clearly more about meeting their KPIs than actually caring if I was satisfied. So, if you’re planning a visit, just know that you’ll be treated to a culinary adventure and customer service that’ll leave you speechless—in the worst way possible.

This restaurant offers a delightful twist on Indian cuisine, making it a must-try spot for flavorful yet lighter dishes. We ordered the Goan Fish Curry, Paneer Chtpata, Garlic Naan, and Lemon Rice, and each dish brought something special to the table. The Lemon Rice was a pleasant surprise, as it’s not a dish I often come across. Its bright lemony flavor, paired with fried nuts, aromatic herbs, and spices, created a wonderfully balanced and refreshing combination. I was especially impressed by the Garlic Naan. Its thin texture was a refreshing change from the thicker naans usually served, allowing the focus to stay on the curries. It added just the right amount of flavor and didn’t overpower the meal. The Paneer Chtpata delivered bold and distinctive flavors, with a rich aroma that truly stood out. The Goan Fish Curry, spiced at a mild level, was subtly sweet, letting the fish’s natural flavors shine. Both dishes were surprisingly light, leaving me satisfied without the heaviness I’ve experienced at other Indian restaurants. With its vibrant flavors, mild spice options, and lighter take on Indian classics, this restaurant is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious and fulfilling meal without feeling weighed down.

This place is a joke if you are looking for dine-in for a big group. Even though we made a booking for 33 people well in advance with a set menu, the seating wasn't enough, and we had to ask a couple of times that we needed more chairs!! We were informed immediately that the kids must stay seated at their tables at all times and cannot walk around. They took a longer time to serve each plate. Kids were constantly saying that they were hungry.... When is the food coming? When serving lassi, we were informed that we had to use disposable plastic cups. If we used regular glass cups, we would be charged $2 extra per glass. What a joke!

A few dishes we ordered never came to the table. Rice was served before the naan bread. We had to ask them to provide us with more water constantly. They ran out of cutlery and served ice cream (15 cups) without spoons, and mostly all ended up having ice cream with butter knives; they ended up bringing spoons five minutes after serving ice cream.

After finishing dinner, we approached the owner/manager to provide feedback on our experience. He responded with a condescending tone, making us feel unreasonable for bringing the issue to his attention, and then he started shouting at us. A few kids were scared because they had never seen such behaviour in any other restaurant. He started blaming having to serve so many people (even though it was pre-booking with a set menu). This kind of dismissive attitude from the owner is unacceptable, and it's clear they lack basic customer service skills. We will not be returning and would advise others to avoid this place until they learn how to treat their patrons with respect and learn some "basic customer...

My experience was extremely poor. I walked into this restaurant at 8 pm on a Sunday asking to grab a table for one, the lady at the counter tells me the food will take a while disinterestedly. I look around - only two big tables were occupied. The rest of 7-8 tables were empty. I got the hint- they didn't want to cater to me so I ask them if I can order a takeway. They agreed so I ordered a starter, a curry and a naan. I paid up and they tell me to wait in my car and that they will call me when the order is ready. 20 minutes later I get a call saying the starter I ordered is unavailable, I oblige and agree to pick another one. I wait in my car for almost an hour- no phone call/no sign of food. I call the restaurant and they don't answer. Then I call again and they tell me it's almossst done, so I wait again but yet again, no one calls me. I call back again in 15 minutes and the lady tells me the food was ready and that I should've collected it already. She was quite rude. I patiently explained that I was told I would receive a call when it was ready and I had been waiting all this while!! To which she finally apologized half-heartedly.

It's evident that they are only interested in catering to a specific community. I find this quite discriminatory being an Indian myself.

Conclusion: The food was good but not worth the extremely poor customer service, small portions and extremely longggggggg wait. Nah, just...
