Had dinner here on a Friday at 7pm and the place was packed. About 30 minutes wait for the food. We had beef salad, prawn pad Thai and Thai milk tea. The food is tasty and definitely spicy and full of flavours! Maybe a little on the salty side for me. The milk tea was a bit fancier than usual but would have liked it less chocolaty and more authentic Thai flavour! Seating is a big plus with big comfy bench seat but the lighting at our table is a bit too dull and annoying as they got a colour changing light. Attentive staff all wearing proper masks and uniforms and following gov Covid protocols, very cozy and comfortable atmosphere! Could give 4.5 star if I can! Would recommend!!

Had my first visit here and ordered 3 main dishes with 3 bowls of coconut rice. Initially, got one pot of rice which seemed for 2 people. Lady said it's for 3, but we asked for 3 separate bowls. She kindly changed it, but we have combined 3 bowl rice was more than the pot ( luckily we ask her to change to 3 bowl ). Suggestion: order separate rice instead of pot/bucket. Coconut rice wasn't great; too wet. ( see pic) Food was delicious though. Service okay, but hard to find assistance with only 1 or 2 staff in front. Anyway is a good experience

We ordered takeout from Boronia Thai for a gathering via Uber eats. Food was well prepared, packaged well, delivered on time and warm when it arrived. We ordered a variety of dishes from green curry, yellow curry, jungle curry, fried rice, pad Thai and a couple of stir fry dishes. Food was very nice. our favourite was Pad Med (a vegetable stir fry cashew nut) and pad prik khing (stir fry with Thai chilli ginger paste) which was nice and spicy. There was plenty of food to share and reasonably priced.

My husband, adult son and I went here last night for the first time. We have lived in Boronia for 20 years and only ever walked past this restaurant. We wish we had been here sooner!

My son and I had Pad Thai. I had seafood and my son had chicken. Absolutely delicious and a very generous portion. The entree of dumplings with sweet chill sauce was also delicious. There is a wide variety of drinks on offer and served icy cold in a cold glass.

Dessert was huge. Hubby had banana friiters and my son had a chocolate sundae. 3 fritters came out with a generous serve of ice cream.

They do not have a lot of staff here, but they are extremely efficient and very friendly. They do a lot of Uber Eats but it doesn't affect the service in the restaurant. We waited about 15 minutes for the entree and about 40 minutes for our mains.

We will definitely be returning. Total cost for drinks, 2 entrees, 3 mains and 2...

Boronia Thai has been my go-to for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most consistently amazing Thai restaurants I’ve ever been to. Every dish is bursting with flavour and made with such care—you can truly taste the love in every bite.

Their Tom Kha Gai is absolutely out of this world—it’s the best I’ve had anywhere. Creamy, tangy, fragrant… it hits every note perfectly. I also keep coming back for the Massaman Curry, Pad See Ew, and Pad Kratiam—all so comforting and delicious in their own ways.

Beyond the food, the staff are always so kind and welcoming. They go above and beyond every time, and it really makes you feel valued and appreciated as a customer. There’s a real sense of warmth here that’s hard to find elsewhere.

Boronia Thai is one of those rare places where the food and the people both shine. A true local treasure that I’ll keep supporting for...

I heard that this is a good place and I thought to get some food for the mothers day. I have done a web order and it took around 1 hour to show an update of the order that's it ready on the live tracker (which they provide). I went there and around 20 people waiting for their orders and front desk person was not having any idea of orders. I waited for another 30 mnts and it wasn't ready and I asked them to cancel my order and came home. I know it's really hard a day like this, but at least they needed to be truthful with their customers. Provide proper info to customers and if you cannot service orders of it's too much, please don't take any orders. No food for mothers day...
