We came by Tawee Thai on their opening night, which admittedly had some growing pains with its service, due to just having opened. We just visited again tonight, and we are so glad we did. They had put 300% effort into revitalising themselves after a rocky start. We had a wonderful pair of waiters at our elbow throughout the night, quickly attending to our needs but never intrusive. The owner was present and charismatic, and the atmosphere relaxing and calming.

And the food ...? Oooooh my goodness.

It's rare to go to a restaurant where everything ordered is sublime. the satay sauce on the skewers and roti was robust and delectable. Grilled pork was succulent and tender, and the pork belly was rich with biting flavour. The noodles sauce was too good to believe, I came away with belt straining and gasping under how much I'd eaten, yet I regret nothing. this will be out new regular haunt. What a delectable...

So happy to find another delicious Thai restaurant to dine. Had lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Service was great and attentive to what we wanted and tailored spice levels to suit. A notch under "Thai spicy" was perfect. Hot but not sweltering.

Each dish was well crafted and brimming with fresh ingredients and skillfully balanced with the spices and taste elements integral to Thai cuisine. Red and green curries were great, the pad Thai was generous in bean shoots and noodles. Noodles were chewy and was not too sweet or salty. A lovely sauce coating them.

They kindly changed the regular pork prik stir fry with sticky pork belly. Was a lovely choice and went well with the vegetables.

Rice was well cooked and a bit sticky. Well priced as well.

We will be returning to try more dishes.

It was interesting to see Thai pizzas on the menu. I think I'll stick to traditional dishes first as they were...

Similar to others I like to support small businesses, especially ones new to our local area…but unfortunately won’t be coming back.

We ordered the green curry (fusion) spaghetti, duck curry stir-fry, and seafood glass noodle salad. I mentioned we have 2 young children so they said they could make everything mild/minimal spice.

Nothing stood out…the duck was more like a red curry soup with chewy duck slices and was too spicy for my kids; the spaghetti was average and again too spicy for the kids; the glass noodle salad had too much citrus.

Staff were friendly and the order was made quickly. The decor looked good too but didn’t affect us as we...

Look the mains are very good generous and of a good high standard, this time I had the satay skewers as an entree, which was not actually on a skewer just sliced up with satay peanut sauce, a little disappointing I thought, also very small, also had dessert banana fritters and a waffle which was a little disappointing also, the tiniest bananas I've ever seen, waffle was also very small, ice cream wasn't very nice with the bananas nice on the waffles which was coconut ice cream, so the trick here I think is avoid on entrees and desserts just stick with the mains which are very good, then you'll be right.

What a service! all the staffs here are very kind, atmosphere is pretty nice aswell. I ordered Pork Fried rice ( medium spicy) and it was amazing, flavourfull and the pork is very tender, tho if i must add maybe a few slice of cucumber and fried egg with a runny yolk add ons option would be amazing. But overall a very delicious fried rice!! price wise, very reasonable price for such a huge portion. would definitely coming back ps : i was so hungry i dont even take a pict of my fried rice lol
