Service *Start of Service: Welcomed with a hello, how many and guided to your table. The way it should be as a standard with any restaurant. *End of Service: Polite thank you. Rare these days as standards of service are extremely up and down in Melbourne.

Food *4 Giant meatballs (Each ball literally probably 300g!) - Soft, delicious and biiiiig! Highly recommended! *Dumplings pan fried - Juicy (Indicator of dumpling made right) *Noodle Fish with Milk Sauce (Full of flavour, delicious!)

Value *This restaurant is definitely priced above average for a Chinese restaurant. Keep this in mind, your bill will go up easily. Especially since they charge you for tea here too. But the tea comes in clean, cute set, so it's forgiveable!

Atmosphere *Front of shop looks like a takeaway joint with no strong suggestion to good food. When you dine in and go upstairs, it's actually fitted out quite nicely, modern Chinese! Great layout and seating too so you can still have conversations without people listening in on you.

Overall *Best dumplings in this area of Macedon for sure! Can not fault, other than the steep prices which prevents me from coming more frequently and choosing others on this factor. But highly...

Tianjinwei Dumpling House is a fantastic spot in Templestowe Lower! While their dumplings are famous, I decided to try their noodles, fish, and beef dishes and they did not disappoint! The noodles were perfectly cooked with a great chewy texture, and the beef was tender and full of rich, savory flavor. The fish dish was fresh and seasoned just right, with a light yet tasty sauce.

The service was warm and attentive, and the portions were generous for the price. The restaurant has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
