I would recommend only purchasing their gift items and kitchen ware, as the coffee they make is so horrendously bitter I immediately went next door to get a new one 🫤 Sorry, but y'all need to clean your machines, there were coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup after I tipped it. Also even though I expressly asked, the sugar was not stirred into the espresso shot before the milk was put in, that was also in the bottom after I tossed out the drink. It was cheap coffee, but that doesn't make it okay to assault my taste buds...

Amazing place. The owner knows everything you can think of in the world of coffee and is delightful. I walked in with a video of my espresso machine and a question for the owner to improve my homemade coffee. The owner told me exactly what I was doing wrong just by watching the video of the stream of my coffee and that was the exact problem. I scraped the internet prior but did not find the answer. I am now going to be a regular customer for my ground coffee...

I found this little coffee roasters at Balwyn I can say they had the best coffee and best customer service I had in a long long time The lady there ( Emma ) was so kind and generous . They’re cash only and I had no cash , so Emma kindly offered me to have the coffee and then pay later which is such a nice thing to do ! Sometimes people make your day so sweet like this...
