Come here regularly although customer service is very hit and miss as is the coffee - then you have the loyalty program of buy 10 coffees get a free coffee and slice does not exist. Finally got to my free coffee and slice after spending $48 in coffees only to be told it 'costs' them to much to give the slice. I understand covid may have put pressure on things. It just comes down to service and delivery. The business had 10 days to tell me the reward has changed or better still 10 days ago when they first stamped my card tell me they have stopped. Better still why did they accept the card to begin with! I may not of bought all my coffees from here without this card well I definately would not of purchased daily and would of stuck to my 3 times a week routine.. That's most likely why! feel a lil ripped off. Not only that where is the customer service for a regular? Offer another coffee on the house to make up for the slice! Or offer a larger coffee than I usually order but nope nothing. As mentioned customer service questionable. It is the principal of this. A loss of a regular morning coffee buyer. Biggest thing for cafes is to make your regulars feel looked after and this is where they lack Remove your loyalty cards! Do not stamp cards whilst your offer is...

The girlfriends and me had a good time today after quarantine for six months again of the government shut us down not going to restaurant! We had a good time we had chicken for caccia schnitzel it was so good! I have enjoyed all the food, cakes, coffees, hot chocolate and milkshakes I have had here. They offer some gluten free options and lactose free milk in addition to the usual oat, almond, soy for the coffees. Note I am only gluten and lactose intolerant but not actually allergic so I cannot advise if this is safe for coeliacs.
