I will start with the positive first. Their pies and savouries are wonderful.

Now to the lady who served me today - we live in the 21st century and your lack of willingness to serve me was very evident. You seemed in a rush and were avoiding eye contact and finally didn't even bother putting my food in the plastic bag yourself and just handed me the bag to do it myself (please don't use the COVID excuse because your other colleagues were happily doing it for other customers). While I should feel offended, on the contrary I feel sorry for you for the lack of maturity you demonstrated today.

The 3 stars could have been a 5 star if only you showed the courtesy every decent paying customer deserves regardless of the colour of their skin and where...

The food is good. The owner/s were great but the old hag that works on the sandwich counter is the reason I refuse to support this business.

Have tried Pies, Quiches, Sausage rolls, coffee and desserts a few times. Pies and Quiches... very disappointing .. taste, texture... nothing works!
