The food was inedible. Hard cooked eggs on a soggy sweaty Vinegar filled ceaser salad with stale croutons and dry over cooked chicken. When I asked for runny eggs as a ceaser salad should have the waitress was very nice and said she'd organise it, when she came back she said the "chef" said that's the way they make it and too bad. I heard the chef yelling at staff and being really mean, not a good look. I was offered a free drink or dessert to make me happy but our party was leaving and I didn't want to have to stay. The waitress brought me a refund after they cleared the table and I said it was the worst ceaser salad I'd been served in my life. They need to serially re-evaluate the cook they have in the kitchen, there were many people at our table that weren't happy. Vegetable options were three huge pieces of pumpkin and three huge pieces of Broccoli. The salads on the side were a handful if greens with about 3 slivers of grated carrot. No tomato or onion or dressing. Where's the care? If you don't like to cook why are you a cook? And you really shouldn't be yelling at staff in front of customers. The wait staff abs bar staff were sensational abs I felt bad for them having to go back to such a horrid person with complaints.

Who serves ceaser salad with hard cooked eggs? Yuk. Got macdonalds on the way home, 100% do...

Came for lunch and will not be back, asked for mash potato instead of chips and salad as I've had lap and so can not eat that, was told by head chef that I have to pay extra for potato and extra to change it which is ridiculous as I've never had to before here, then was told it's because I'm having bar meal instead of in the reastraunt are which is about 8ft away, bloody ridiculous excuse!!!!!!

Then after I've paid and waited for my meal they send out chips and salad as they don't have mash potato today, clearly what she means is no frozen or days old potato sitting in the fridge to be reheated!!!!!

Thought food was fresh? Cleary not here!!!!

The staff were nice but it's clear the head chef has a stick up her arse and needs to come down from her high horse..

Poor service not even an offer to exchange for something I can actually eat, was only offered share in bar menu which consists of burgers ect which I can not eat, if I wanted for main menu I had to pay another surcharge, u would assume that would be waved due to their stuff up but unfortunately no customers service and satisfaction is not Important here...

I ordered the bucket of prawns starter. I was disappointed as the prawns had obviously been frozen and thawed. They were watery and tough. The cocktail sauce which accompanied them was quick bland. I was initially impressed to see a finger bowl on the side of the platter accompanied by wedges of lemon, however the finger bowl contained cold not warm water.

I was on a table of 7 diners and one of us, a chef, needed to go to a waitress a couple of times as the table service. Staff need to remember that lunch diners during working week may have a limited lunch break, so need meals to come out promptly.

One of our party wasn't able to eat the side of fries that accompanied her chicken & avo wrap as they were over cooked and excessively salted.

On the plus side. Two of our party ordered mini steaks from the seniors menu and were very impressed with how tender the meat was.
