I’m a bit miffed with the negative reviews about the Corner Deli. Ive always had a lively experience here & it’s my go to for my weekly bread. The produce on offer is excellent and the staff (though quirky at times) have always been polite and helpful. My grandma (85) left her bag outside the deli on the bench seat, a lovely lady picked it up and handed it into the deli only for the deli people to say to put it back on the bench seat outside on the Main Street . Thankfully the kind lady looked at her licence and came and delivered it to her. I am so upset and angry at the lack of care from the deli. My wife bought the framage des Clarines cheese 2 weeks ago and it was superb - strong and runny at room temp. I then bought the same on Saturday and alas it was a completely different cheese - basically a cheap Brie... left out of fridge all day and it’s solid/rubbery and no strong smell at all! Either the shop switched the cheese or they have a dodgy supplier - either way it’s 1/5 - buyer beware!! Hopeless....
