Great burgers, but that's all. Came here for the first time, and tried to book a table for dinner in mid afternoon, but didn't accept our "last minute booking", which was fine, as we were seated when we got there, no problem (for now). Great looking menu, wife and I chose a burger and a side each. Busy kitchen, and the lady server was friendly, but didn't know the computer very well (everyone starts somewhere) so pretty slow to take the order, but super nice. After 25 minutes, or good was ready, but as it good was bought out, we were asked to move tables, as they had a booking who were supposed to be sitting where we were? So we sat at a bistro style table (chairs too low for the table). USA burger (wife) and Double burger (me) were absolutely delicious... Fresh and generous and perfectly cooked. My Precious onion rings were over cooked, and the onion flavour was lost in the too-fried batter. Most disappointing was the chicken Mac n cheese... It was dry. Like, imagine an easy Mac, where you forgot to add the cheese, so you end up with flavourless, dry pasta. That's what this was, and reading the menu, I was really looking forward to their 4 cheese Mac...oh well. Overall, the burgers are a standout, and we'll go back for them, but not for the...

Sorry team. Your recipe for tasty burgers are very good, but the experience of ordering and pick up lately is a total joke. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered takeaway through your own website. It says it has live tracking, and informs when the order is “ready for pick up”. You arrive at the counter, and are told it’s not ready and it will be a “few” mins. First time was 30 min wait. Second, and additional 15 mins. And third time on Friday was an additional 12 min wait. Opened the last order immediately on getting it home, only 2 mins after collecting from the counter, and burgers were luke warm and chips were soggy. Why was I waiting an additional 12 mins at the counter whilst my order was finished, only for it to seem like it has been sitting there for 12 mins. Extremely disappointed, and I was certainly not the only one standing out the front with arms crossed looking at their watches. What is wrong with ur ordering system. Why give live updates if they aren’t accurate. It only leads to frustrated customers and bad experiences and reviews. You need...

Edit. Alright. So this was time number 3 to your establishment. This particular time was a few weeks ago, not today. Also, when a massive chain like bettys or burgertory uses mass produced sauces, or mixes other mass produced elements, they lose individuality and are all obviously going to have similar traits. The standard has dropped to allow this to be the norm. I'm sorry but I'm in the business of truth telling. It is what it is. I get the other ones are different, you'd be crazy to suggest they are the same. I've been everywhere mate. But the standard has dropped.

For the area it's ok I guess. But if you put it up against all the other generic burger shops, popping up everywhere, I think the generic is making a better burger. The bun seemed stale and the burger was cooked so much that it barely seemed like beef. Tbh a pretty average experience. I want this to be good, as it's super close to home but I guess I will continue driving to royale brothers or burger bae or burgertory or bettys or grilld, I dunno. There's like...
