This use to be my favourite GF bakery until the new owners took over. No more friendly staff. And now they are not abiding by food safety laws and their Coeliac Australia accreditation because they are selling products that say “May contain traces of Gluten”. When I contacted them about this, their manager Sharni tried to argue that it’s ok to sell it because it has a disclaimer”. NO this is NOT ok and if you understood Coeliac disease then you would never say that. Why run a Gluten Free shop if you don’t understand or care about the rules around selling 100% gluten free safe food. So disappointed the original owners have gone.

I arrived about half an hour before close on a Sunday and was delighted to see that a range of treats were still available! I was expecting the usual GF brownies, biscuits and bread but was absolutely delighted to find an entire range of bakery treats over several counter fridges and displays, including a store full of pantry goods. The lemon slice bar and jam tart was exceptionally good. A total treat to find somewhere dedicated to being GF and celiac approved with so much range that I didn’t have to take a mortgage out on. Also great coffee :)

This is THE spot to go for gluten free products on the Mornington Peninsula! They have a fantastic range of great quality GF and dairy free foods, treats, bread, pizza dough, pasta, pies, cakes, cookies, pastries, crisps, etc. I’ve always found the staff are all helpful and friendly too, ready to help with any inquiries you might have. Oh and honestly, I cannot recommend their GF & DF chocolate cake enough, it’s utterly heavenly! … They also make a scrummy iced Matcha! 🤤🤌🏻♥️ Go shop local and support this brilliant small business! ✨

I came here for the first time nearly 6 years ago to see if I could find wholesale gluten free options to display at my juicebar. I'm not sure if the bakery was new, or just experiencing a blip, but everything I sampled was sub-standatd. I ended up ordering nothing for my business. Fast-forward to today. I popped in recently to get a coffee, and decided to sample a pie, just to see if anything has changed. OH YES! Boy, have things changed. This bakery is truly ascendant. The coffee is lovely, as are the pies, the gingerbread items, the French bakery items, and everything else. The atmosphere is far more relaxed than before, perhaps it's the boost in quality and therefore greater quiet confidence? Now I pop in every week. I am no longer in hospitality, but for my own eating preferences this place is a star. And so far, everything I've tried is delicious! Well done for sticking it out, learning and growing and strengthening. I wish you...

I really wanted to like this place and I appreciate that they are catering to gluten-free humans, however, the food is not good at all, It’s actually Inedible. I ordered a cinnamon scroll with pink icing and a plain focaccia with no filling. The pink bun was so dry and stale. There was a minuscule amount of cinnamon, the pink icing was so hard that when I took a bite into the bread, it shattered and all fell off the bun. I made a sandwich with the focaccia on the same night that we brought them, and they were very and stale hard to cut, like hard enough to break a tooth. To the owners of the bakery I love what you’re trying to do. I think it’s a great you have gluten-free options. However I do think it would be wise to get a consultant in and explore changing the menu and how things are made, new recipes etc. This isn’t it. You can either let your buisness crumble to the ground or do something to fix it. I won’t be returning or...

I am coeliac and dairy free among a multitude of other issues. Food and eating out is more often than not a source for anxiety and stress ’will I get a reaction’ as it’s too common for people to make (empty) promises that something is gluten free when it’s not.

To come to a place with the GF tick of approval and know it’s not just one item but all items that are safe - incredible.

There are some people in these reviews talking about the texture and what not - they have failed to understand that removing gluten removes that ‘normal’ texture. That’s simply what gluten free products are like, they’re different because their ingredients are different.

The food was so tasty we tried a few items to get a good feel.

We tried this place on a whim while in the area - I will drive the hour+ trip again no...
