This place the service absolutely terrible! Today I and my girlfriend ordered a jag of beer, nachos, burger set and a buffalo wings. When the buffalo wings serviced, there are NO BLUE CHEESE sauce, so we asked for the blue cheese sauce and they told us they only got aioli sauce then we like ok….and we were like thinking this is American style dish they should comes with the blue cheese sauce tho.

Anyway, then we look at the whole place all waiters and the kitchen staff are all Indians so that we know ok that’s not the traditional American style as they might not know how to make it which is fine! We are not racist, just think ok so maybe not the traditional type.

Then towards end of the meal time, the female manager/ the franchise owner ask us about the foods feedback, we said the food was good, but the buffalo wings should comes with the blue cheese sauce tho, then she said they have blue cheese sauce but need to pay extra, then we told the manager but when we asked the waiter he said there are no blue cheese sauce only got the aioli one this kind of sauce and we accepted, then I asked the manager so is that means this aioli sauce he gave you gonna charge us?

Then she said yes, and we were like we did ask for blue cheese sauce then you guys said didn’t have, but actually you do have and end up giving me the sauce is not what buffalo wings is, so we have some disagree discussion then I told the manager this sauce should be waived, but the manager said it has to be charge for $2/3, and she acting like we just want to waived the sauce price, and I said to her this is about service, who care this $2/3? The buffalo wings does not come with the blue cheese which is not right and if we knew that without a blue cheese we will not order it, they should do some research and she said oh the menu only just up yesterday. ???

We told the manager here is the things! We asked the waiter for blue cheese sauce he said they don’t have and gave us some other sauce to dip, and now you want us to pay for that!? This is absolutely wrong!!

We also said we understand if the sauce have to pay is ok, but the waiter never said there will be an extra cost and not the sauce we asked for! Then she said ok she will ask the waiter then she come back to us saying that he did not add on to our bill, then we pay the bill, after paid we asked for receipt then we just leave, because we trust her so we did not check the bill before we leave, also no point to check because she asked us to pay before give the bill receipt and the receipt is I ask for it! Then when I and my girlfriend already left by walking on the street to look at the receipt to spite the bill for bank transfer, realised that they charge us for the sauce!!!

This place absolutely disgusting and cheeky!! We will never come back!!! Everyone should be aware, they are not American style food, just pretend and do not do some research for their menu and the service is...

Came here with a friend of mine during lunch rush (a quick bite in between work) on the thursday, and took advantage of the free burger for a celebratory 6 months there (it was one day only). We haven't been there before, so it was on our list to try and the free burger compelled us!

The service there was alright from first impressions - the guy who served us seemed a little timid and almost nervous? He might have been a little new but that's ok since that comes with experience! The real winner was Margi, who came and greeted us when we added a strawberry shake + grilled broccoli to our order. She was very personable and was interested to know a little more about us, which was a fantastic touch and elevated the service (if I could give 4.5 I would).

The food came out fast - honestly, they didn't have to go this hard with the burger?! It was a basic cheeseburger I believe, but it was done so well my friend and I were shocked after having a bite, hence the picture with one bite each 😆 the bun itself wasn't too soft that you may sometimes get at burger places, the patty was smashed and not the frozen kind, and the other insides (onion, mustard, pickles etc) were super delicious and fresh too. Needless to say, we probably finished the burger in a minute while talking 🤔 could've ordered another one but we didn't have time since we had to get back to work!

As for the other things we ordered (we shared the strawberry shake and grilled broccoli), the strawberry shake was thick and smooth, leaving no gruggy aftertaste. As for the broccoli, this was actually done nicely, however I would've liked it if it was a little more "grilled" and slightly a bit drier to bring out a little more crispiness. Otherwise, the dipping sauce as well as flavours were fantastic!

The atmosphere in the store during lunch hour was chill, and since it was a weekday there were a lot of corporate employees eating out. It was relatively quiet in volume with the occasional laughter, but it was a vibe!

Overall, fantastic and delicious experience and would definitely go here again to try another burger! Thank you, you've raised my burger...

Don’t believe the hype of other reviews, and also don’t believe the pictures until you see it for real in person as we have experienced they being not wide but standard compared to a Hungry Jacks Whopper for example. And honestly these burgers are not tasty as compared with to many I have experienced, and they are oily which is not the same as a juicy burger patty, I had ordered the most expensive $27 Hulk burger and it’s their biggest… but it’s a mid burger and sadly it’s not a tasty burger. The patties taste is next to nothing. No smoky grill patty taste they are under seasoned and the sauce is also not tasty or rich in flavour to be easily distinguished. Overall Very bland burgers. Also the chips were given in half the size of the bowl and were also luke warm, seemed to be not freshly fried, being a $10 large fries I expect a large not half full container and with minimal salt, and I had to ask for tomato sauce, which is disappointing considering you should be able to have a sauce bottle for the money on the table or anywhere in the premise to pick up and use at your own discretion. Overall like another has said the burgers are simply over hyped and you can get a fresh hungry jacks burgers at less money and better taste. Another thing is that they provide an onion ring on the burger stick, BUT why don’t they offer an option to order onion rings instead of fries? It’s weird! The staff are excellent although their burgers for the expensive price should be perfect. They are not high end enough for the money! But it’s good to know this is...
