There's not much to say about Theo's. Rude staff, poor quality food... Their entire establishment is a joke.

Update: Yes, UBER EATS cancelled my order on this occasion, but no one attempted to contact me at any point. After calling Theo's to find out what had happened, they told me to call Uber Eats to resolve it. After a long period searching for the number on Google (as Theo's instructed) I discovered there was in fact no number. I called Theo's back to reorder my family's meal (over an hour after my children needed to be fed) and pickup (as Theo's delivery partners obviously cannot be trusted), however Theo's didn't want to answer calls from my number. Obviously too much effort. I verified Theo's decision to ignore my calls by calling from another phone number (which they answered), so I hung up and left this review. In this review I am referring to the multiple other times I've ordered from Theo's regarding the quality of the food. Good food but customer service is really bad! It was our sons 7th birthday and he wanted fish and chips for dinner. My husband ordered over the phone and when collecting he was greeted by the female owner. She didn't have his order, rudely stated that she had taken all orders that day and he obviously called somewhere else. When shown the number on his recent calls she agreed that was the number but still denied taking his order. She then went ahead to take the original order while adding smart remarks whenever possible and humiliating my husband in front of our son, employees and customers waiting. The normal thing to do would have been to apologise for any mix up (without pointing fingers at anyone) and politely take the order, but that did not happen at all. If it wasn't our sons birthday and that being his favourite choice for dinner my husband would have just walked out, but instead he was made feel humiliated and still had to regrettably hand over our money BUT NEVER AGAIN! Definitely lost...
