Three Hungry Birds — Restaurant in Melbourne

Not impressed! We phoned through with a large order that we would come in and collect. When we got there we were greeted by unpleasant staff who clearly weren't in the same TGIF mood as the rest of Melbourne. OBVIOUSLY not done on purpose, I accidentally dropped one of the juices I grabbed from the fridge, but don't worry i was quickly made to feel horrible by the staff member who instantly rolled her eyes and gave me the dirtiest look i have ever seen. Every single staff member that floated the counter was rude, short and far from friendly I highly doubt I would ever return. Hoping that the food would make up for the bad experience thus far, I was quickly shown to be wrong. Toasties included food that wasn't ordered. Cheese for people who were lactose intolerant. Bacon included for people who cant eat bacon and egg shells the size of a nail....

Atmosphere is horrible. This place needs to have a designated lining up area and some structure. It’s just first in first served (or so you would think). I was waiting there for 10 minutes trying to figure out where to stand when there was no line and they were just serving people randomly from all areas of the counter. A group of about 5-10 people came in 5 minutes after I had arrived and they started serving each of them first. I ended up walking out for what wasn’t the first time. I have given this place a try multiple times and they always disappoint. The food is okay at best, I actually have gotten food poisoning from eating a chicken wrap here before. I’m am usually really happy with how much food I get for the price I pay but I recently came in and got the chicken bowl with chips which hardly had any chicken in it and $4 chips. There wasn’t many chips in the “small chips” compared to the small chips I got in a meal last week. This has also happened with the waffles, I have come in a few times now and have got less toppings each time I come in.
