Serious Food Safety Concern - Experienced Food Poisoning.

I am writing this review to share a very disturbing experience I had after visiting this coffee shop on May 27th.

After consuming a large latte, I unfortunately developed severe food poisoning. I had debilitating stomach cramps, extreme dehydration and severe constipation. This incident has caused me significant distress and inconvenience. It's crucial for any establishment serving food and beverages to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. This experience suggests a serious lapse in those standards. Cute cafe located on the corner of the busy intersection in Moonee Ponds. Love to come down before work to grab a coffee and absorb some positive energy from their friendly hardworking staff.

Would love to try their nicely arranged pastries and sandwiches too gorgeous to ruin the window display and devour.

Heard they did their chai amazing here, but it didn’t hit the spot for me. Aroma was there alright, but a bit heavy on the spices - made me choke a bit. Sweetness was just right, making it an warm cozy experience.

Their soy latte, however, was perfect! I should’ve asked for no sugar, because you can tell the drink was already sweet and creamy. Perfect ratio of the bitterness yet creamy note from the coffee beans that really wakes you up, to the creaminess from the soy milk.
