I first tried Get Nourished after an overseas trip (Randomly walked past whilst walking the dog) ... I was feeling jet lagged, had the holiday blues, very sluggish and ready to get back into some healthy habits. I decided to treat myself to a tea and a smoothie (BOTH DELICIOUS) and I am now hooked! Yes I have tried the ENTIRE menu .... yet to find one I don't like. Not only have I found the most amazing healthy Coeliac friendly smoothies in Town but I have also gained a new best friend! Sharnese the owner is one of the most special people I have met and I am pretty confident she will be a friend for life. Her bubbly, friendly personality will lift your mood everyday!! A must try! Im very lucky living a walk away, however I can assure you I would be travelling if required!!

From protein smoothies, nourishing smoothie, hot and cold tea to even protein coffee you'll find something to enjoy. All the macros and calories are clearly labelled with most and all drinks being plant based which you don't even taste it nor the protein powder. The owner is super friendly and happy to help you with any questions and queries. 10/10 would highly reconmend visiting once Pro tip: if you're craving tea come Thursday as they'll upgrade your drink to a 1L mega size for free

CAN NOT RAVE ON ABOUT THIS PLACE MORE!! Visiting GN to get smoothies every Friday (or maybe a sneaky few other days) has become my absolute favourite day of the week. Makes such a wholesome morning going with friends, as soon as you walk in you are in a warm, welcoming, friendly environment, we look forward to having a chat to Sharnese every time she is amazing!! My absolute favourite flavour is the high protein biscoff crunch and literally can’t leave the suburb without devouring it whole. Love you GN!!

I've been coming here for years and have been obsessed with all the smoothies. Now there's new ownership (they are super friendly), and the place is looking awesome! However, the recipes on the former smoothies have changed. My usual favourite was too bland and tasted a bit artificial. I also am lactose intolerant and found it hard to digest the new protein powder. The previous protein powder I could easily digest and it was whey--and I typically have no issues with whey proteins. So I don't know if milk is also being added? I should've probably asked so this is my fault. Regardless next time I will opt for a dairy free option. Really good efforts here and I'm sure with tweaking on the recipes this...
