Iâve been a long time customer of Trang, and I love their food. But today I had a horrible experience after a misunderstanding about dietary requirements.
My partnerâs a coeliac and often eats at Trang, but steers clear of soy sauce, which contains gluten. After I ordered a gluten free bĂșn, one of the ladies proceeded to drench the entire bowl in soy sauce. I apologised and politely explained my partnerâs allergic to gluten and canât eat it.
