Crust Pizza Fitzroy — Restaurant in Melbourne

I had a very negative experience at Crust Pizza Fitzroy. The staff member accused me of stealing a DoorDash order, even though I had never been to the store before. They also accused me of stealing from them in the past, which is not true. I was very upset and disappointed by this experience.

In addition, I am aware that Crust Pizza Fitzroy is offering free sides for 5-star reviews. This is a clear attempt to game the review system and it's unfair to customers who are looking for genuine reviews. I'm disappointed that this company is resorting to such tactics.

I would not recommend Crust Pizza Fitzroy to anyone. The staff are rude and unprofessional, and the company is not above using unethical practices to boost their ratings. I would avoid this place...

They completely screwed up our order. Explained that they'd mixed two types of pizza recipes together accidentally, only for them to argue with me that their delivery guy had garnished the pizza (what?! That is not anywhere near compliant with kitchen OHS) wrong, and therefore its not their fault? It wasn't just the garnish that was wrong, there was the wrong sauce (aioli instead of yoghurt) and wrong ingredients (including chilli and coleslaw) on the different recipe base. Bought two takeaway pastas, small chips and garlic bread. $35 all together and what can I say but WOW. Today I have tried real pasta for the first time in my life. It seems hand made to perfection, flavoursome and delightful presentation which was not at all expected for takeaway food.

The lights were pleasant and not overwhelming. The service given was patient and helpful.

Will be coming back as our unexpected, unsung hero, for the best and most affordable takeaway pasta in Melbourne.
