As an entrepreneur myself, I make it a point to read negative reviews before the positive ones. It helps me understand where businesses might fall short and whether the criticisms are truly justified. But when I came across the negative comments and 1-star ratings for this CafΓ©, I was honestly surprisedβand a bit disappointed.
Sure, some complaints are fair. If the food wasnβt up to standard or service was lacking on a particular day, thatβs understandable. We all have off daysβweβre human, after all. But letβs be real: complaining about not getting a discount because you found a sticker on a straw? And saying you βcouldβve died choking on itβ but wouldβve given a better rating if youβd received a discount? Thatβs just ridiculous. Itβs frustrating to see such petty complaints drag down a businessβs rating.
Now, let me get to the point: this CafΓ© consistently serves amazing coffee and really good food. I drop by almost every dayβunless theyβre closed for public holidays or a well-deserved break. I often grab coffees for my staff, and occasionally sit down with my family for a meal. Iβve never walked away disappointed.
Letβs be fairβout of 350 days, if they mess up on 15, is that really worth focusing on? Why not highlight the 335 days they nailed it? Share the good experiences tooβit helps others make better decisions, and it boosts the morale of the hardworking team thatβs trying their best every day.
I know many of the staff by name. Sam and Remi make fantastic coffee, always with a warm smile. Chef Simonβs breakfast is top-tier. Iβve tried other cafΓ©s in Glenroy that people rave about, but honestly, they feel overhyped in comparison. For me, thereβs no better place for coffee in Glenroy than 21 Days Later.
Big love to the teamβyou guys are doing an amazing job. Keep it up!

We had the best Brunch ever @twentyonedayslater π― We loved each and every dish that not only tasted delicious but was presented sooo beautifully! π
We had the crowd favourite: Hangover Remedy with eggs, Mushrooms π, Bacon π₯, Sausage, Chorizo, slow roasted Tomato π , baked beans and hash browns served on Sourdough... This dish was absolutely yummy and sooo filling! We loved that the Sourdough toast was nice and soft and pretty much the best we have tasted so far!
Then we had the Eggs Benny with Smoked Salmon... This was my favourite dish - it came with these potato & leek rostis that were simply mind-blowingingly yummy! Chef's kiss! π
By the time it came to the sweet treats, we were sooo full... nevertheless, when we saw that the Cafe had such a pretty Chocolate Mousse, we just had to try it! We were soo glad we did cos not only did it look soo pretty, it tasted delicious too! Also, the Cafe has Butter Bing Cookies which are like these really fudgy Brownie buttercream cookies! We got the Nutella one and it was sooo yum! πͺ
Thank you @twentyonedayslater for the delicious Brunch!
The dishes were amazing and the Staff were simply the best!
P.S. They have an undercover courtyard area with natural lighting which makes it awesome for taking Photos! πΈ

Β Β Β Read moreI never got to try the food or coffee as I was booted out in Dec 2021 for not having a jabberwokkie pass. My work colleagues were taking me out to lunch as I had just had my contract ended because I refused the attempted force jab. They felt bad & witnessing me get treated like a second rate citizen made them feel worse. Lest we forget. The cafe stops short of having a gold framed portrait of Daniel Andrews on the wall or the Brett Sutton cushionsπ. The owners are obviously Anglo Aussies as it was my people who were the most tyrannical & hysterical through this whole embarrassing stain on recent history. We went down the road to an Afghani place who never asked any questionsππ». The saddest part of all this by a country mile is that Aussies, especially Melburnians, canβt even see that there was anything was wrong with any of this. Small businesses just keep going under & this pace wonβt be any different eventually. They donβt realise they needed our business on that day. Big govvy & their corporate fascist partners donβt want small to medium...
