Very disappointed with the customer service. A few days ago, I did a big grocery shop (after driving 3 hours to get there) and unfortunately missed one of my grocery bags at the store. After a lot of struggle just to get in contact with staff, I was finally told I could come back to collect my bag.
When I went to the store, one of the ladies was extremely rude, speaking as if I was getting the items for free—even though I had already paid for them. She said, “Don’t miss the bag in the shop,” in a very dismissive way. I understand it was partly my mistake, but I had a huge amount of shopping and missing one bag was not intentional.
On top of that, I did not receive all of my items because they said some products were a different brand (even though the price was the same on my receipt). We explained that the price of the missing product was the same and that we just needed the product, not a refund, as we have travelled very far to get that product and we were happy to take it even if the brand was slightly different. But still, we couldn’t get it, and instead they gave us a refund. What we needed was the product, not money back, especially when the item was the same value.

This time when I went the girl working there was clearly unwell (and I'm so sorry that she was unwell and she still had to work). She was coughing and coughing all over the place. My complaint is that SHE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK. They sell masks in the shop, it's advertised at the door and the girl working there is coughing and not wearing a mask. I probably won't be going back there as I have elderly parents and grandparents, and I would not recommend anyone to go there at this point.
