Be it known to all who read this that as of the 2nd of August 2024, Urban Dough has completely gone to the dogs. They used to provide a very good service with accurate delivery times. Not anymore! At 55 minutes after their nominated delivery time and their phone consistently ringing out, I walked around to their shop. One hour and 15 minutes later, I had the pizzas we ordered in my hand. No offer of refunding the delivery fee! When I got home, I find the extras we paid for were not included.

So, if you like to wait over an hour wondering when your pizzas are turning up with luke warm temperature and your paid-for ingredients missing, Urban Dough will certainly oblige...

Since moving into the neighbourhood a few months ago this is definitely our 'go to' pizza joint. We order once a week and pizzas are always consistently topped and cooked, we've never had a bad pizza from here! Owner and delivery drivers are always respectable and we love their personalised system that remembers our names and previous orders. It makes me wonder if these negative reviews are even real. Got our order wrong then asked for photos of what was delivered which I sent, then they rang again claiming they didn't get the photos and I need to prove they made the mistake. What a joke. ... update: The pizza shop has responded, blaming me for not listening... When he told me it would take 10min to redeliver the right pizza but it took his 40min... because he was too concerned with wanting photos as proof of their mistake... If this guy doesn't understand customer service, he should...
