We used to really enjoy the pizza from Pizza Raphael, the bases were great; never overly thin, over cooked, or soggy but airy and perfect - fine for reheating leftovers the next day. The ingredients were always fresh: juicy fresh prawns on the Raphael Special. Customer service was excellent, if they burnt the pizza slightly or the base was smaller than it should be they would always offer something extra to make up for this shortfall. The quality has changed in the last few months. Garlic bread often burnt. The pizza has a lack of ingredients; our regular Raphael special now has barely any prawns or olives, and the prawns are of a much lower quality. The taste is not as good as it used to be either - lower quality ingredients most likely. From looking at other reviews it appears that the business is under new management who are clearly not prioritising a high quality product anymore.
