Vakna Bakery at CS Square, where the Banh Mi is a flavor explosion in your mouth! I recently had the pleasure of sinking my teeth into one of their delectable sandwiches, and boy, was it a taste sensation!
Now, let me set the scene for you. As I approached the counter, ready to order my mouthwatering Banh Mi, I was greeted by an enthusiastic staff member who seemed to possess the vocal power of a megaphone. I must admit, their shout caught me off guard, and I almost dropped my wallet in surprise. But hey, who needs caffeine when you have their energetic wake-up call?
As I stood there, momentarily stunned, I glanced around and realized that this lively shouting was simply the bakery's way of making sure they were heard amidst the hustle and bustle. It's like they have a secret code language that only they understand - a bakery battle cry to keep the sandwich-making process running smoothly. It's a sight to behold, my friends!
But let me tell you, the moment I took that first glorious bite of the Banh Mi, all thoughts of their vocal theatrics faded into oblivion. The flavors burst in my mouth like a fireworks display of deliciousness. The crispy baguette, the succulent meat, the fresh veggies, and the tangy sauces all came together in a symphony of taste that left me wanting more.
Despite the initial shock of the enthusiastic staff, they quickly won me over with their passion and dedication to delivering mouthwatering sandwiches. Their energy is contagious, and you can't help but be swept up in the bakery chaos and enjoy the show.
So, if you're in the mood for a sandwich that will awaken your taste buds and bring a smile to your face, head on over to Vakna Bakery at CS Square. Just be prepared for the exuberant shouts and embrace the lively atmosphere. Trust me, it's all part of the Vakna experience, and it'll make your visit even more memorable.
With their top-notch Banh Mi and their staff's lively performances, Vakna Bakery deserves a solid four-star rating. It's a bakery adventure like no other, filled with surprises and flavors that will make your taste buds dance. So, grab a sandwich, brace yourself for the shouts, and enjoy the delicious ride!

Hi, I tried the hyped Vakna Bakery in Caroline Springs yesterday for late lunch after seeing tiktok videos.
Well, I must say the experience was not bad. I tried their BBQ chicken Banh Mi with extra chilli. The roll was made according to my liking. However, the bread did not feel as fresh as I've had at other places. The veggies were fresh, but the chicken was luke warm and would have preferred bit more quantity. I don't know if it was the timing when I went or something.
The girl at the counter was nice and had good customer service skills. The place was kept clean and presentable. However, as it's in a food court, I can't give them 5 stars for ambiance.
I will try to go back there again and give them another go. Let's see...

Read moreI LOVE me a great Bahń Mì. This place however, did not delivery that. For the price of $10 for a crispy pork roll that is the length of the tip of my fingers to my wrist and the width of four of my fingers combined, it's just not worth it. This is a westernised version of a roll. Meat ratio was decent however lacked salad. Understandable since the bread rolls are so small. You're better off going to St. Albans to get a real Bahń Mì worth...
