I went in to grab a coffee and was disappointed with the experience. Despite showing my rewards card (as an Uber partner), the staff refused to scan it, manually applied the discount, and processed the payment — which caused me to miss out on earning a stamp toward my free 5th coffee on Wild Bean. On top of that, the coffee was unusually hot. When I opened the lid, I found it was mostly hot water with a bit of chocolate powder on top (maybe tried to cover up the rewards discount idk)— definitely not what I expected.
