Subway — Restaurant in Melbourne

Went and had a sub recently, by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced, I had no issues myself, but gee wiz I can only imagine what the female customer was thinking just before me when she was asked by the Asian fella working what meat/filing she was after, the customer had requested for veggie patty, however they had unfortunately ran out of veggie patties, so the customer said 'I don't eat meat' to which the Asian fella working said 'oh you don't eat meat, that's a shame'. To suggest to anyone that their dietary choice is a "shame" was very rude and disrespectful, I personally will be recommending people to avoid this subway especially if they are running out of food and are not showing respect to their patrons. Also I would advice your staff at this store to stop asking customers if they want extra meat and/or cheese, just try and get the basics of being respectful to your...

This place was okay, the opening hour is great closes at 9pm which is great for a late decision snake. Staff was nice, plenty of parking. My only problem was that the staff had a facial irritation problem at the time, it was really bad, i can still picture it right now. not a pretty sight. i lost all appetite after saw it and now that i am recollecting it. Not a good feeling, it might not be her fault but as a customer after seeing it, i lost appetite over it. I will still return because its close and late hours. but not a good memory, and one that will stuck with me for a while.

I was here on Sunday 13th July around 7:40pm and the service was terrible. There was no one working out front when I arrived so I had to wait which didn’t bother me but when the girl came out from the back she was very unenthusiastic and rude. She had wireless ear phones in throughout our whole interaction.
