As per ur false reply. I would like to comment here that this is not the way u should reply to any customer and this shows how rude and abusing person u r , ok. If any customer is making complain, u should take it as a lesson to avoid any mistake in the future but after looking at ur ABUSIVE reply, it’s look to me and others HOW RUDE PERON U R and don’t want to listen anything about ur food. Watever story u have written , there is always chance of Error and as business u should take it positive to make it more better in future. Secondly, I didn’t came to ask u for another pasta because that piece of bone came at the end of the meal when I was almost finished but as u were not ready to listen when I came to u that’s why u think that I came for another meal. (May be this is ur practice by asking another meal in the same price which u used to pay to get same meal for dinning or take away), ok. ( I had my first visit today to this shop and it was very much disappointing for me when I start eating Pasta with chicken, avocado & Mushroom. Quantity of chicken, mushrooms and creamy sauce was very less although I have paid extra money for mushrooms and top of that I had a small piece of bone while eating. It was a really bad experience when I went back to inform the guy (male) at front, he listened to me in such a way that he is ignoring and didn’t listened to me attentively.
