The owners have zero respect for their clientele. They waited until after taking my order to tell me it's going to take 30 minutes. More than 40 minutes later I ask for my food but get no reply. After 50 minutes I asked where my food is and I get told it's gonna take a little bit longer. People can handle anything as long as you tell them what it is that you expect them handle. 53 minutes after taking my order, I get my food. No acknowledgement, apology, explanation no offer of free prawn crackers for drastically underestimating the wait....nothing. No one expects perfection. Merely acknowledgement that they'd fallen short of their aim would have sufficed. It's the difference between those who create an ongoing business and those who fade away to nothing. Expect to wait 2 hours BEFORE they START to cook your meal! We booked our table at this restaurant 3 weeks in advance for a special occasion. We arrived at our booked time and waited a half hour to see a staff member to order and another half hour to get water at our table. An hour and a half after arriving we asked how our order was progressing only to learn our order has not even been started at the restaurant. We had booked a special needs taxi service and allowed a 2 hour window for dinner (which seemed reasonable) so we had to leave the restaurant without having eaten. The staff should not have put out the dozen takeaway orders instead of making our food and the customer service could not have been worse! The wait staff did their best but clearly the management do not...

Service was good, employees were pleasant, although I don't think you should answer the phone when taking someone's order who is right in front of you - surely you can just put the caller on hold using a button rather than answering it. When collecting, they go through your order to make sure nothing is missing. For 3 people, we ordered Mongolian steak, Sweet and Sour Pork (fried) and special fried rice. The Mongolian steak had a nice flavour as did the S&S Pork but for the price, there wasn't enough of it - hardly any meat. I also found the pork ball batter to be too doughy. The special fried rice had all the right elements but was missing something...salt? Soy sauce? It just tasted bland. Overall, not...
