BOOK IN ADVANCE! This place was amazing and I can see now why it’s a struggle to get a table.

We started with Vegetable & Prawn Spring Rolls. The prawn s.r were amazing and I’d highly recommend these for an entree, vegetable s.r on the average side.

Their roti bread and peanut sauce was to die for. Peanut sauce was more on the thicker/chutney texture side which I much preferred. I would go back just for this.. do not think twice about ordering

We shared 3 mains; the Pad Se Ew is by far the best I’ve had at any Thai restaraunt ! So authentic with their flavours. Thai green curry was more on the watery side but packed also with flavour and a punch of spicyness!!! And the chicken cashew with veggies was also great but I personally am not a huge fan of fried chicken. Does not mean we didn’t clean the plate 😂. The veggies were nice and crunchy not over cooked like other places

I was watching their kitchen whilst at the restaurant and will say they had sooo many take away orders going out that window.

This place is tucked away and extremely delicious ! I’m not from these areas but I will definately make a trip back-so worth it!

Staff were also all very friendly and accomodating. Keep up the...

This used to be an awesome Thai restaurant that we used to go to regularly, but around 2 years ago they started cutting back on the serving size of the Yellow Pulled Lamb Shank Curry. We dealt with this, but over time, the Pad Thai also went downhill noticeably. Over this period, there was also a new waitress who was quite grumpy on a couple of occasions. All the above gave me reason to believe that the restaurant may have changed ownership around 2 years ago, but the owner says it's, been under the same ownership for 5 years. Anyway something changed quite dramatically about two years ago and it wasn't good. To be fair, we have given Workaholic quite a few chances, but the quality just didn't improve, so sadly it's not on our list anymore. I have given an honest opinion here, but after looking at the reviews left over the last 2 years, I can honestly say that I would be suspicious of any that are 5 star. I noticed that another customer review also said that the quality started going bad about...

The only reason I placed one star is because Google does not allow to place NO star for putting feedbacks. Otherwise, this place worth NO star.

It is my first and will definitely last time here. Never never go there again. Singapore noodle (Vegie and tofu) is too too salty, informed the waitress, she never cared.

$20 is too expensive for around 5 small pieces of tofu. Charged 10% ($2 more) for Saturday surcharge and I paid cash. For what?

Kitchen staff were joking in Thai all the times in the kitchen, making the whole place so noisy. Never enjoyed atmosphere.

This place is way below standard. Do not recommend to anyone.

Would never go there again,...

The experience felt like a mini escape to Bangkok feeling the warm lighting, and traditional decor. Thai ambiance that was both inviting and relaxing. The staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming. Prices were value for money esp the lunch sets. However, while the atmosphere and hospitality were top-notch, the food didn’t quite hit the mark. Unfortunately, each dish leaned heavily on the salt, overpowering the otherwise vibrant flavors Thai cuisine is known for. Still giving 4 stars , Im pretty sure with good customer base and history of great service they can revisit the flavouring and consider this comment in a positive light.

Went back here after the pandemic and it seems it is under new management. Food looks the same but is lifeless and missing the magic that once embued it. The spark is gone from this workaholic and it is time we had an intervention and sent it's sorry arse to rehab. Original Review This place is one for the hidden gems of Kew. Looks a bit tacky from the outside, but don't be fooled these guys can cook. Every meal we had was amazing. The roti was easily the best I have had. Do yourself a favour and eat here. Definitely our new local Thai!
