A nugget promotion that doesn’t include sauce is like chips without salt, or a zinger burger without the bun. Doesn’t make sense.
It also reminds me of that weird scammy culture of advertising a lower price to get the customers then adding all the extra fees to the price. Dodgy yeah? You seen those posts on reddit about airbnb, where it’s $99 a night for 2 nights plus $500 cleaning fee, $500 damage waiver, $150 service fee. $50 credit card fee. Just dodgy. The price isn’t $99 a night. So don’t advertise it as that.
That’s like nuggets without sauce. You’ve gotta buy the sauce. You can’t have nuggets without sauce. Everyone knows you’ll buy the sauce as well. So it’s misleading to advertise a deal at $x if you have to pay $y.
Just don’t do it.
2nd review. Don’t make app exclusive deals and then make a slow complicated app that doesn’t work and then get annoyed when it takes me longer to order via the app than in person. The point of the app is to save you money by not wasting labour on staff. So then if it does make you take more labour because it takes longer. That’s not really my fault. Just deal with it and wait. Today, my friend went to this KFC, picked up my mobile order through drive through there, drove home and realised the order was completely incorrect. They gave me 12 chicken nuggets when i ordered 24, and also just gave me an original recipe chicken burger when i ordered a bacon and cheese zinger burger. They also managed to completely miss my gravy and also my 3 wicked wings. I really dont understand how you can “accidentally” miss so many things. I then had to drive another 30 minutes there and back to the KFC and ask them for my correct order. It’s absolutely ridiculous that this somehow happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I order there. Read moreWent here to purchase lunch and was unlucky enough to be served by what appeared to be a trainee. The same has happened the last 3 times I have gone to this store. It was clear the trainee was struggling with the order and getting confused. Despite this no member of staff decided to take over or even check that the order placed was correct. I repeated the order around 3 times and still received the wrong meal. This included the wrong size ultimate box, no tenders despite ordering them, and the wrong size drink. I noticed the drink was the wrong size when I was given the meal and tried to correct the staff. I was met with a rude response simply stating that it was what I ordered. The low standard of the staff and lack of care for the customer's order has put me off returning to this store.
