Dissapointed dined in New Years Eve 2022, for a quick meal local, unfortunately not alot of choices for Chinese here now, main dishes start from $26.80-$28.80 plus+ haven't been here for a long time, gone down hill. Still same old decor but looked past that just to expensive for this out dated restaurant. The lemon chicken tasted like it was over cooked in old oil tasted terrible.Took it back the mgr lady she replied saying everyone has ordered it today no one has complained for take away. Immediately blamed us. We polity said we can't eat it and wont be paying for this meal, it all went down hill from there. We finally got the bill at our table and she had charged us anyway. OMG really... 😠we went up to pay for other items less the Lemon chicken dish. She then said we had eaten half of it u must pay we said no we only had a small piece each 2 of us, she then got the plate of our returned meal from out the back of kitchen demanding we ate it must pay. OMG seriously 😲😲 then she said look u had most of the lemon sauce l said it was a tiny side dish cup/saucer. I said it was so small we used it for 2 prices very scummy serving. Then a phone order happened the lovely waitress picked it up while the mgr was now saying shoosh and raised her hand at us. We were talking normally she was shouting at us. Also watch out for her added $3 charge for a tiny sweet n sour sauce we asked for our entrees. I argued this is not a charge on your menue? She said you dine in the restaurant u have to pay it. Luckily we had the exact cash tonight and paid her less the Lemon chicken dish. We mentioned the Mongolian Beef sizzle dish was lovely the steamed rice was good. The waitress was lovely. Sorry wont be back. She said we change our oil daily, l doubt that very much 🤔Terrible? Terrible mgr no people skills so rude in total denial. I cannot give this place enough praise. My partner and I came in about 30 minutes to close and the lady (not sure if she's the owner or just an employee) who took our order was really cheery! Then, our food was ordered, made, and brought out within 15 minutes. We'd ordered takeaway so we got the food and left right away. We were in a rush and I forgot my handbag on the front table, which I didn't realize until I was already a half hour's drive away. I immediately called and the same lady picked up the phone, recognized my voice, and told me I could come and get my bag even though the place was now closed. I realize this is probably just common decency but it seriously made my night, and on top of that the food was amazing. I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in...

New to the area so trying local takeaway. Well that was the worst Chinese I've ever had! Food court Chinese is 100% better. Ordered satay beef and lemon chicken. Satay??? Looked like a mushroom sauce, beef was not a normal, not a hint of satay flavour to be found, no mild spicy heat, no peanut flavour, just bland and sickly. Lemon chicken... Well the chicken was normal but the lemon sauce, it was just yellow water with the slightest hint of lemon flavour. Where was the thick sticky lemon sauce we are all use to? Just tasted wet. Never again. I actually feel alittle sick. Straight in the bin with most of it. One of the best parts of Chinese takeout is having the leftovers the next day. Extremely expensive for flavourless wet meat....
