Very poor customer services,dirty bowls, plates and tea cups, and accept CASH ONLY (you know why)

Bought takeaway a few times before with average experience, tried the dine in today for lunch, the experience was very poor.

Service is a disaster, Made me feel like I owe the waitresses a lot of money. They literally rudely throw plates and sauces on your table, chase your to finish your food order on the order sheets which has been recycled many times with whiteouts on the paper

When I found the food f bowls and tea cups were very dirty, and the service staff were too busy, I took the bowls and cups from another table and ask them to swap later, and they angrily talked to me and demanded me not to do this without even give the customers’ chance to explain

Above all, takeaway foods are ok given the price is average ( because of CASH ONLY in my opinion) , BUT, if you think of dining in, better prepare yourself to face angry ladies

Haven’t been back here for years and it’s still quite good! The chicken feet were braised well and the egg tarts were super flaky – the two standouts for us. The prawns within the dishes were also big and fresh. We had a nice chat with the Cantonese uncle next to us, and got to practice our Cantonese too. Service overall felt good: humble, kind and attentive. We learned that you get free egg tarts too, when you reach a certain limit in spending, which is a thoughtful little bonus. I believe it’s one for every $15 spent 😊

This establishment lacks sufficient space for maneuvering the food trolley, so they request customers to order their desired dishes and bring them to their tables. Unfortunately, the quality of the food here is abysmal. We ordered ten dishes, including Steamed Soup Dumplings, but to our disappointment, they contained no soup at all. How can they be called Steamed Soup Dumplings without any soup inside? Furthermore, the customer service is severely lacking. They failed to provide dipping sauce at our table, requiring us to specifically ask for it.
