Customer Service - non existent Attitude - Plenty
Well today was an experience like none other. Phoned to place an order and I was advised to hold ... well at least you sought my approval but from there it goes down hill!
Seriously I don't mind waiting and not sure what you think is acceptable maybe 2 - 3 minutes. But to place me on HOLD with the line open for 7 MINUTES is not acceptable, especially when I can hear the phone ringing AND you then proceed to take their order.
Okay so now you finally acknowledge me with some sassy chick that has ATTITUDE and no apology. Further more you proceed to tell me that all 6 lines were on hold! Well not sure which cyber space you thought I was connected to but I definitely know that every line was not on HOLD.

I wonder how they would feel if the roles were reversed and it was them or their business under the microscope. Sorry Dominos you’ve been copping it, wishing you a brighter time ahead.
I certainly will be returning to your store when I visit Mildura.
Thank you Dominos Mildura....
Read moreAn easy lazy option. The Mildura store is better than some Dominos stores I've purchased from, worse value than some others (Bendigo offers better deals), and in't a particular standout compared with other local pizza stores, either. Usually relatively decent food quality (for what it is), but the value isn't great for the portion sizes and I'd never pay full price for it because they can't possibly compete with better quality and significantly larger portioned local brands, without 40% off their prices. I will say that their chicken sides are quite good, if they have a deal that makes them more affordable (not for a while now), and they usually do an awesome thin pan pepperoni pizza. They're the only local pizza place I know of offering the thin pan base, which is the only real reason I still buy from...
