The pizza itself was a 4/5: quality ingredients, taste was honestly pretty good, base was too thin. But for a $34 pizza, I expected more - My regular order at Big Lizzie comes to the $29-32 price range, and the pizza is bigger, the base is tastier, and the toppings are much more generous. My order: Large (13") meat deluxe with cheesy crust, extra pineapple, extra cheese. The pizza came with burnt stuff on top - i nibbled a bit to try, sweet and bitter, possibly tomatoes before they got incinerated. Maybe I've been spoiled by the pizzas at Big Lizzie, but for a $30+ pizza, my expectation was for more: more base, more toppings, more friendly staff (try smiling!😵‍💫). The shop itself: Cold draft from the front door not shutting properly, and air-con is WAY TOO COLD. I understand it's hot in the kitchen, but customer comfort needs to be considered too. TV was too loud. Now we come to the crux of this review... Originally this would have been a 4-star review, but 6hrs after eating this, I woke up with severe stomach cramps - Ran to the bathroom - severe diarrhoea & vomiting. I had nothing else for dinner last night, and had missed lunch as well. This is very concerning to me, as it suggests the ingredients were problematic 🤔 Hence the 1-star review (which I don't often give). I certainly won't be back I would rather get a frozen pizza from Coles next door than risk another incidence of minor food poisoning... Or worse ...

We have had Crust Pizza a few times now this year. We have ordered their gourmet pizzas and tonight we ordered the classics for the first time - BBQ Chicken and Hawaiian. First we thought they look like supermarket bought, generic looking pizzas but when I took the first bite it had an awful smell to it. The smell is coming from the base and I just couldn't enjoy it at all. My boyfriend doesn't have a sense of smell so he was lucky. I've given 2 stars instead of 1 because the garlic bread was nice. Never thought I'd say it but I'd rather buy Domino's than Crust again.

Crust Mildura exceeded my expectations with their phenomenal pizza and impeccable service. From the moment I placed my order, the staff was friendly and efficient. The pizza arrived piping hot and packed with flavor, with every bite a delightful experience. The attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I highly recommend Crust Mildura for an exceptional dining experience that combines mouthwatering pizza with top-notch service.

We called and asked if the XL pizza was large enough to feed a Family! , and we were told yes!, we asked how big the XL was compared to the Family sized pizzas from most other pizza shops in town, and the young man stated that Crust XL pizzas were only about an inch smaller!, "Not true"!,

The pizza was so small that it would have been laughable if i had not just wasted $52 on it! and they call them a XL!, they do not deserve anyone's business!.,

The pizza would not have been enough for my kids let alone a grown man!.,

And what makes it even worse is that ALL the negative reviews are correct!,

Pizzas are to small!, Crust is to thin!, *Dry with no flavoure!, *Garlic bread was burnt!, *Pizza was burnt!, *And the lamb , if it even was real lamb!?, had a smell to it that was not good!,

the Lamb did not smell fresh!.,

1 out of 10 for the pizza!, *Bad Taste!, *Bad smell!, *Bad size!, *Bad price!,

My Family and i will NEVER EVER again buy food from this pizza shop , and we do not recommend that any one else does if they do not like wasting money!.,

Do better or get out of the industry!., STOP ripping...
