Went twice in our stay here. First time the service was slow but we got there in the end. Had to remind the person behind the counter 3 times what was order was due to a conversation being had with someone else. Our second and last time going there the latte s we ordered were so hot it burnt my wifes hands when she picked them up. A latte is meant to be served at 65 degrees which is easy to drink, these latte s were served closer to 90 degrees or hotter. I only realised it was there late that evening so called the next day. Carolyn offered to post it to me in Sydney which she did and it arrived promptly and carefully wrapped.
