My filtered coffee was not drinkable. Ordered a different coffee, but their solution was to tip out half my coffee and add hot water? Even less drinkable!

There was an order wrong due to using technology for ordering. Their solution was to drop the plate on table and walk away. Telling us to eat it! We were all shocked.

Preferred solution would have been an offer to make the order the teenager wanted as a priority as they do not eat beef, only chicken. I would have paid as the error was our fault but the staff dumped and ran and avoided us. They were very defensive. It was uncomfortable.

Other orders were missing items which we had to wait for. .

I absolutely love 3rd Avenue! It’s hard to find a place with vegan options where non vegan eaters are also happy to go. Both my boyfriend (non vegan) and I, enjoy the food here and have never been disappointed with a dish! The waitress even approached me to reassure that all sauces are vegan so I don’t need to specify it in my order and also offered extra help with choosing the meat alternatives on the different options.

With regards to the beef brisket (non vegan), my partner has been ordering it for weeks now and says it’s the most delicious and harmonious burger he has tried (he’s definitely a foodie) And I’ve tried and loved the soul bowl and the shrooms. I attended on a Sunday, didn't seem to be too busy. We ordered our breakfast and waited 45 mins before we were advised by staff that our food was going to be 25 mins away. This isn't good enough. We blew our entire morning sitting at that Cafe trying to keep to kids under 7 years of age occupied. They couldn't even get the kids pancakes out. Unfortunately we payed for our coffees and walked out. Not sure what kind of business is running but If this was in Melbourne you'd be gone in a week.
