My experiences at McDonald's Mindarie have been consistently marred by order inaccuracies and disappointing service. Not only have I encountered issues like missing sauces with nuggets and receiving incorrect items, but there's also been a refusal to accept MyMaccas rewards. Despite being a loyal customer, I've faced difficulties in redeeming rewards at this location.
Additionally, on one occasion, I ordered a chocolate thickshake and received a vanilla shake with a trace of chocolate syrup at the bottom. These repeated errors have led to an estimated loss of around $100 in missed or incorrect items.
Due to the lack of attention to detail, inaccuracies in orders, and the refusal to accept MyMaccas rewards, I've opted to take my business elsewhere, choosing to travel the extra distance to the Clarkson McDonald's. Their service has proven to be more reliable and accommodating.
It's disheartening that despite being a loyal patron, the basic expectations of accurate orders and reward acceptance have not been met at McDonald's Mindarie. I hope this feedback prompts necessary improvements for future patrons.

Read moreAbsolutely unacceptable – AGAIN. We just received our McDonald’s Mindarie delivery and once again, we’re missing all of our fries from every meal. Two of the burgers arrived completely soggy, soaked in oil, blackened, and inedible (see attached photos). I called the store 11 times at 2am—no answer, just ringing out. Can’t be that busy at that hour of the morning.
I’ve now had to spend twice the money to reorder what should have been right in the first place and I’m expected to just hope it’s better this time? Because they aren’t answering their phone to make sure it’s done properly and what I’ve paid for TWICE. This isn’t a one-off issue—it happens almost every single time we order from this store.
The staff seem more focused on blaring loud music than getting orders right or answering the phone. This level of service is disgraceful, wasteful, and beyond frustrating.

Read moreWent through the drive through today and ordered 2 regular Iced Lattes both with non-dairy milk. (Keeping in mind the difference between an iced latte and an iced coffee is that one comes with cream.) The iced lattes came out with whipped cream on the top of them- meaning they confused the order with Iced Coffees. Once specifying to the young chap that they had made a mistake and we can not have dairy due to allergies. He apologised, took them back… scooped the cream out and gave them back to us. It was obvious that there were still remains of the cream in the cup so we could clearly see that they did not make new drinks.
I would like to emphasise on the importance of giving customers their correct orders, especially when allergies are involved. If one of us were anaphylactic and drank the Ice Latte (unaware of the remains of the cream) then there would be serious consequences - possible death.
