Terrible Service and Disgraceful Sub Walked into Subway Mittagong at 2:57 PM and was served by a young man and a woman. The woman was incredibly rude and clearly didn’t care about customer service. I asked her for a jaffle — repeated it three times — and she still handed me cheese and garlic. She laughed like it was a joke, had no idea what I was asking for, and didn’t bother to listen properly.
When I tried to politely correct her, she snapped and started going off at me, repeating “thank you” in a sarcastic, aggressive tone — as if she just wanted me out of the store. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
The turkey sub she made was a total disgrace .. I ask for cheese and she put a sprinkle of it then I said can I please have a little more nothing like what I asked for. At that point, it was obvious she wasn’t interested in doing her job properly. At the end of it she charged me for extra cheese I laughed and then I asked why are you charging me for that she totally ignored me .. I said well you didn’t put enough as all the other staff have been generous as it displayed on there menu..
The young man serving alongside her was okay — polite enough — but he still needs more training. He didn’t step in or assist when things went sideways and seemed unsure of what to do.
Overall, a terrible experience. Management needs to seriously review the staff and offer proper customer service training. I won’t be...

I have had various subways here and there over the last 6 months and every single time my subway is wrong. Tonight was the last straw…
I have had to coach the young girl making my subway every step of the way, yet it is still wrong. My meat is cold, sandwich isn’t toasted, doesn’t understand which way to correctly flip the sandwhich so the salads don’t fly out.
These may seem minor, but when I have cold chicken, I am concerned. My blood boils every time I step in this place.
There needs to be a serious management shift because why are these young kids not being trained properly. They literally have no idea what to do.

Read moreSaturday 2pm visit, only myself in the store and 4 staff members. A bunch of kids are running this store at the lowest possible customer service and no idea of what they are doing. A guy under training was making the subway sandwiches without being supervised. Not his fault but the supervisor or manager on duty should be responsible for the low quality of food and the service. I got a cold and very dry veggie patty (not even close to warm), cold and dry bread, he had no idea what he was doing, I understand everyone has to go through the training, but not unsupervised and at customer's cost. I would definitely recommend the owner to look at the way this store...
