Such a shame, my whole family used to come here for birthday and gatherings but after the attitude from one of the staff members ill never be coming here again or recommending to another living sole. Once I had paid for my take away meal the female advised me it would be another 10 mins but when i realised 3 other meals were handed out and we ordered over 45 mins ago I thought it would be best to ask considering i had a sick 10 month old baby asleep in the car with my husband . The response i got from the pregnant staff member was abrupt , rude and lacked all empathy for the time we waited and our circumstances, basically out right bitchy. So much so she left me furious and wanting to speak with her manager which she left to get after refusing to give me her name. i was then told by another staff member who was "acting" (use that word lightly) sympathetic that the manager was busy and isn't coming out. I advised her i would wait but suddenly she changed her mind and claims manager wasnt there at all. (?) By this point and having to deal with 2 rude staff members i refused to leave until someone spoke to me about their behavior so it became very satisfying when 2 people came in then turned around once i told them of the ordeal. Its such a shame that these people aren't professional in anyway and have no idea what customer service is or a smile for that matter. Because of this you'll no longer get my service or an event here again. This will also be posted on my page, instagram google and anywhere else since the manager wouldn't show face....

Poor experience all round. Entree didn’t arrive for 2 of our 6 diners. Rice didn’t arrive until chased. Waitress in ripped jeans was not a good look. One waitress was very rude to Asian guests. Made loud sighs and ‘oh my god’ comments when the asked to move tables. Food included raw tomatoes in odd places not before experienced in similar dishes ordered elsewhere. Small portions for big prices. One waitress moved a glass being used by our diners by cupping her hands over the whole top of it! Watched my entree delivered to other diners before it made it to our table- those nearby had items missing from their tables and were told they had ordered wrong items when they didn’t get what they had ordered. Not flat out but very slow. Table of 6 diners gave up and left and were spoken about rudely after they left. Not excited to have spent $180 and the older waitress became annoyed when we did not stay for dessert- becoming short and sharp with us. Get takeaway from the Chinese next door instead of...

Food average chicken was fake. BUT we phone ordered our Dinner and was told long wait fair enough they were busy, I was told 35 minutes XOXO Only to be told when I went to pick up The lady serving ( Asian descent), told me I was early to pick up but it was 40 mins, only to be told come back in 15 mins. Then i waited and spoke to another lady who ordered, she she'd waited for around 50 minutes and then I went back in with her she finally got her order and walked out extremely unhappy and her so. I ended up waiting almost an hour and she was still rude really rude. Thank goodness I dont have to come back. I'm from Geelong.
