Brooker Trading Co — Restaurant in Moree

I am not what to do this but i am discusted with how we got treated by the OWNER and staff at Cafe 2400... the coffee tasted burnt... not just mine but my friends too... once returned and explained nicely as to why we werent happy they were happy to make us another... my friend asked for her money back the waitress rolled her eyes and returned her money.... she then told me it wasnt burnt but that i didnt mix my vanilla in (something i have never had to do at all) i said it still tasted the same just sweeter and i didnt want to put them to any more trouble she said it wasnt burnt that it was something about the coffee is too strong for me and needed a vweeker shot i told her that i have had many coffeed from this place and never had a problem she said the coffee is fine its just my taste and if the milk was burnt that it would bubble i told her it was the coffee that taste burnt she said well that doesnt happen i told her ut does as i have my barista cert and have done the cafes... i tried to drink it but couldnt drink it so i returned to the counter and appologised and tried to drink it and that i wanted my money back where the same waitress rolled her eyes and the owner turned to me and said you will have to go some where else and get some one else to help you thats the best i can do go some where else...

I have a customer service background and this servise is atrocious and have no intentions on returning to this cafe.

ONLY GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO TO...

The most unpleasant experience with a very disinterested owner grunting at me on where to order when I went to the counter. I had to exit and order at the window. Even though I wanted to sit inside. I felt as though I was being judged Not even a hello for a weary traveller. It looked welcoming but then wasn't. Falafel wrap looked nice but disintegrated in front of me. Awful to eat. Average in flavour. Wished I'd spent the $27 elsewhere to someone that appreciated it. Hospitality ain't...

We had a lovely family lunch at this very modern cafe with its variety of seating options. Staff were friendly, though communication could improve when serving food to make sure it goes to the right table and then the right person, and serving is done on the right side. The food was delicious, though, and the coffees were perfect. Amenities were clean with a great outdoor area at the rear for bigger parties. This cafe is one of Moree's...
