Domino's Pizza Morisset — Restaurant in Morisset

I would give them no stars if possible. Ordered 3 pizzas, not 1 pizza was cut. 1st pizza did not have extra chicken as ordered and the pizza topping was completely off the base and all over the box. I know I ordered the edge crust...I didn't think you would take it serious and have all my toppings over the edge of the box. 1 pizza was completely incorrect. the kitchen staff think their customers are stupid as they put green capsicum on the pizza instead of the red peppers. Manager and trainee manager had disguisting behaviour. Pizzas took an hour to be delivered even though we are less than a 5 min drive. Offered to replace order however we were informed it would take ATLEAST another hour due to them being busy. Insisted on a refund and made manager email us confirming that she had refunded our order. Would not...

Save your money! Despite Cooranbong residents having to pay an extra $5.95 for delivery on top of the already deliver charge, they still cannot manage to deliver on time. I ordered our meal in advance at 4.30pm for delivery at 6.30pm the same evening. Come 7pm still no order. We rang and was told another 15 minutes.

You'd think charging an extra $5.95 for delivery, they would be able to be close to being on time.

Besides all that, I think the pizza scanner Domino's advertise so much needs calibration. Charging an extra $2.95 for a chicken pizza, half the pizza had one single little piece of chicken on the slices.

If we order again, I will upload photo's of the lack of toppings. There's even hardly any cheese...

Domino,s pizza has allways been a convenient fast food buisness , but just ordinary in presentation , size and taste. It makes me annoyed to see this company pick and choose on and off over the years when it wants to deliver to mannering park , usually deciding to deliver only when another pizza shop opens up in this town. The last time this happend domino,s placed a very large roadside flashing light sign at the entry to mannering park announcing it now delivers to the town as well as placing domino,s signs all over the place , on the side of the roads and corners like they own the place. I can assure you I won't be ordering any domino,s pizza again...
