Updare 2nd may 2024 Have been to Macca's over last month on a couple occasions found to be helpful and friendly polite staff also indulged in a double cheese Burger on there app was surprised as flavour hot and so moist the juice ran down me finger chips hot with just the right amount of salt and had raspberry Fanta drink I was very impressed by the whole experience way better than previous experience the Red headed lady serving was very professional and think the lady has a 5year service badge. At restaurant today ordered two coffee while waiting person making spilt one over counter on cleaning up then refilled with water from machine and topped with milk doing this as my friend and I watched calling our number. Was going to ask for it to be remade but thought it would be ok. On going to get order I checked to make lid was on tight and property as Friday I had coffee there as I started to drink lid came of spilling down front of me and on underside of arm burning so much I had to go to mens to run cold water over it to stop burning and staff member that came to clean up tabletop did not even bother asking about how I was . But getting back to this morning she said to me O THANKS FOR THE COFFEE AN DONT SAY THANK YOU. I turned and was going to say something but stopped as I know it would not go over well so now next best thing better add to my review and out of ten for being rude to customers would rate+20. Read moreI want to share my disappointment with a recent experience at your store. I stopped by to order just a couple of shakes and was asked to park. Since there were no waiting bays, I parked in a spot at the front. After 20 minutes of waiting, and multiple staff members coming out with incorrect orders or looking for other cars, my order still hadn't been brought out.
I tried calling the store twice to avoid escalating the situation by going inside, but no one answered. Eventually, I went in and expressed my frustration to a staff member before asking to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager's response left much to be desired, as they deflected responsibility rather than taking ownership of what happened.
Strong customer service starts at the top. If management shows a lack of accountability and care, it's hard for the team to deliver a positive experience for customers. What happened here isn’t the first time, and I don’t feel confident it will be the last unless something changes.
I’d also like to mention that after cooling down, I tried calling the store several times that night to apologize to the staff member who first heard my frustrations. Unfortunately, my calls still weren’t answered. That lack of communication compounds the issue.

Read moreConsistently terrible. Staff always seem severely depressed, order is almost always either completely incorrect or missing something. Today we sat in the left hand lane of the drive thru for over 10 minutes. We were the second car in line, so unable to switch lanes and watched at least 15 cars order and leave through the right hand lane before we even got to the speaker box. Last year, I ordered a piece of banana bread that was half toasted, and by half toasted it appeared to have been hanging off the edge of the toaster so the left was toasted and the right wasn't, this was between 5 and 6am, one other car was in the drive through at this time so this can't be blamed on the volume of orders. I have received several other incorrect orders, from tomato being on my burger when I have requested no tomato, to getting the complete incorrect burger, which was quite disappointing when it was the promotional cheesy range that I had ordered and not received. In mid 2023, I complained online after receiving the incorrect order, someone reached out asking for my address so a voucher could be sent out, I responded with my contact details 3 times, yet received no response from anyone at McDonald's on each occasion.
