Having come from Jakarta where, statistically speaking, has (or had) the largest Korean expat community, I am quite fortunate to have tasted some of the best Korean food there (Bornga, Tobak, Magal, Han Yang Garden, YeongDari). When I arrived in Perth, I would have thought that it would be easy to find a good Korean resto as Australia is famous for its beef and pork. But to my disappointment, the ones which were recommended as the best Korean food (in City and in Vic Park) don't live up to the standard I was used to (japchae is so pale and tasteless, the meat is plain and no kick from the sauce). So when I heard there is a new establishment in Morley, I just had to take my family there. And my friends, this one is the best I have tried and quite close to the ones I had in Jakarta. Highly recommending Gangnam Style to those who look for good quality Korean food. The Korean Fried Chicken is very very tasty, the japchae, pork jowl and marinated beef short ribs are all so delicious. The photo of the empty plates is the proof of how we enjoyed our K BBQ lunch.

I went alone. Ordered $76 of food. Wanted to dine in but asked for food in takeaway containers because I knew I wouldn't eat even quarter of what I bought. They either seemed unhappy that I asked for this. No words were said as they brought each dish out. Just placed on the table with silence and walked off. I said thank you as I left, got no response at all. Was strange. Bulgogi: Flavour was there, very oily though. Soy garlic fried chicken: Average. Tasted okay, looked horrible. Go to 7gram Chicken for fried chicken instead.👌🏽 Tteokbokki with carbonara sauce: Tasted great!! Very runny sauce. Kimchi Jjigae: Below average. Flavour was off. I make a better Jjigae at home. 🤷🏽 I hope it was just the particular chef they had there tonight.

I recently ordered takeout from Gagnam style , and while overall the food was satisfactory, I couldn’t help but feel let down by the portion of kimchi included with my order. I opted to pay an additional $3 for kimchi, expecting a generous serving to complement my meal. However, upon delivery, I was disappointed to find that the portion of kimchi provided was significantly smaller than anticipated. Considering the extra cost incurred, this felt like a waste of money. While I appreciate the convenience and quality of the food, I hope restaurant takes steps to ensure that customers receive the value they expect for additional add-ons in the future.

Very mediocre and basic Korean BBQ, food is tasty, no doubt about that. However, it is definitely not worth the price.

58$ for a pork set, and you get - 3 strips of pork belly and medium-sized peice of pork neck and medium-sized marinated pork steak. Side dishes are bare. Hardly anything. Just a small dish of kimchi, sprouts, and salad.

If you want good Korean BBQ with lots to eat, travel another 15/20 mins to the city.

I have to admit the kimchi pancake is really nice and so is their soup. So I recommend that if you want a light meal of soup, sure, Gangnam style is good. Just don't waste your money on the BBQ.

Sorry to the owners for this review, but it really does not cut it. Having lived in Korea for 10 years. This is absolutely nothing, considering the meat is from Australia it shouldn't be so expensive for how little you get.

I will be back for the kimchi and / or seafood pancakes and...

Sadly changing from a 5 star review fown to 1 star. Went in this evening for a nice meal! arrived at 650pm for a 7pm reservation.

ordered at 705pm 2 serves of meat for BBQ and 2 rice. at 745 pm still had not received a grill or anything so we asked and they said coming. 2 minutes later we received a plate of meat still no grill. whilst one girl shouted at the other to get us a grill at 750pm still no grill or sides or rice just a plate of frozen meat at 753 received the grill at 756 decided to walk out after complaining to the staff member who just smiled at us.

this place used to be the go to for Korean in morley and we used to frequent it how ever the service tonight was terrible and would not give it 1 star!

if u want to wait an hour for a meal u have to cook yourself go for it. went to little Viet and we already have entrees
