Great food, but poor service ruined the vibe

The food itself was actually quite delicious — no complaints there. But sadly, the overall experience ruined it for us. The service was incredibly slow and disorganised. We waited far too long for our food to arrive. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. The fair, slim lady at the front had no smile, no warmth, and absolutely no customer service skills. She came across as rude and made us feel like we were bothering her just by being there.

It genuinely felt like she didn’t want to be at work, and it affected the whole atmosphere. On a more positive note, the lady with the glasses was quite helpful and polite, which we appreciated.

Staff seemed inattentive and uninterested, and it was hard to get anyone’s attention. On top of that, the atmosphere wasn’t pleasant — the tables weren’t clean, and the bathrooms were very dirty and not well maintained.

It’s a shame, because the kitchen clearly knows what they’re doing. But until the service and cleanliness improve, I wouldn’t return or recommend it.

Extremely Disappointing Experience From the moment we walked in, we regretted coming. I decided to visit after seeing an Instagram influencer’s glowing review, but it turned out to be a huge mistake. The lady at the counter made us feel completely unwelcome and kept staring, which was uncomfortable. Despite the restaurant being less than half full (only about four tables occupied), we waited for over an hour and a half for our food. To make things worse, a group of men walked in after us, and within minutes their food was served....while the rest of us continued waiting. (Yes, I understand they pre-ordered, but the gap was unreasonable.) When our food finally arrived, it was a massive letdown. The Butt Mutton Karachi had an unpleasant smell and was far from appetizing. Honestly, this was a total waste of time and money. Lesson learned: don’t trust influencer hype...definitely...
