I never really take the time to write a review but for Pasta Cup in Morley I must. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced in my life if you could give a rating of 0 I would. The man who took my order could not speak fluent English very well and kept asking me to repeat myself I then requested to have chicken pumpkin pasta with my meal and he said I only had the option to choose from the basic pastas and that wasn’t an option..I was happily willing to pay extra but was told I could not order it even though I was looking at it displayed in the window (he wasn’t very polite in letting me know either.) The manager stepped in and told me it was not possible I really couldn’t understand why, the manager was extremely rude and wanted to argue that he had been running this business for two years and knows what he is doing as I tried to explain I was only at pasta cup no longer than a year or so ago and had no issue requesting chicken pumpkin pasta before. The manager said they had never done that in the whole two years they had been there and eventually agreed that he would do it this time as a once off and acted as if he were doing me a favour? The point is it is so unprofessional to be so intimidating and argumentative to your paying customers. To make matters worse I got home to over cooked pasta that was so tasteless you would think it was just plain cream with fettuccine through it and a stale piece of bread this is not how I remember pasta cup it used to be so different.I was quite blown away by this whole experience I used to love pasta cup but after that definitely safe to say I...

Absolutely terrible meal and service We have had great experience at other Pasta cup stores but not at Morley.we wanted to order the ravioli but none available Maybe they had had a busy night and had ran out 2.5 hours before closing time??? My wife ordered the lasagna witch was not fresh but a cold slab in a bowl drizzled with some tomato sauce and heated in a microwave, not even heated all the way through, it was absolutely terrible flavour. My wife offered me to try it and me who can eat anything had to pass it up as well. Straight to the bin for that dish. My sons order the Chile pasta was so bland and tasteless My order of spirals and bolognaise sauce turned out to be a mixture of different pastas well over coked and soggy We also asked for extra parmesan cheese but had to argue this when we collected the order apparently you don’t get Parmesan with lasagna as it already has cheese on it We were finally offered 1 extra little cup of cheese to make 3 in total all only about 1/3 filled Won’t ever go...

Ordered Chicken Masala main + masala fettucine with a Solo via Ubereats from Morley. You dont get a choice to opt out of a drink or have it included in the price. Your only option is to pay extra for it whether you want it or not. I received my meal and it is DISGUSTING! I ordered a main dish of Grilled Chicken Masala not 1 breast of chopped up chicken in 3 cups of very salty, very buttery sauce/soup. The pasta in a separate container was overcooked and covered in the same disgusting sauce. My Solo never even turned up. You don't even get the small bit of crusty bread anymore. I seriously considered driving there and throwing this sht over the counter at them. My tongue is still burning from the salt. Pasta cup used to be great but id rather lick the pavers in a mall than eat this sht now. Putrid...
