I had an amazing time at this bowling alley, and I can't recommend it enough! The atmosphere is fun and lively, with a perfect balance of casual and energetic. The lanes are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and modern, making for a comfortable experience. What really stood out to me, though, were the staff members, Jules and Angel. From the moment we walked in, they were incredibly welcoming and made sure we felt right at home. Jules was super helpful in explaining the milkshakes and helping us get set up, while Angel checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Their friendly and upbeat attitudes really made the experience memorable. It's rare to find staff who go above and beyond like that! Overall, a great place for a fun night out with friends or family. I’ll definitely be back!

It was our family's first time to play bowling. We had so much fun! The place is quite big. There are rooms/areas for birthday parties. You can order food and coffee/soda. You have to bring socks as you will have to wear the shoes provided by them. If you forgot to bring socks, you can buy from them as well. There are stuff that you can buy from them like board games etc. There are different sizes of balls, depending on your capacity and fingers/hands. Clean toilets and helpful staff.

Attended a child's birthday party here.. Area was nice and clean.. The party host was polite, helpful and attentive.. Showed the kids how to do bowling.. Only downside was the overpriced food!! They have a gaming area so after bowling the kids got swipe cards to play some arcade games and get some prizes.. Parking on the side and more at the back.. It does get busy and loud so get in early to get a spot/bowling lane.

We had our son’s 9th party here yesterday. Overall, it was a bit of a shambles. Firstly, I was not informed at the time of booking or confirming that I was not allowed to bring snacks for the adults. As I opened a bag of chips, the host said I was not allowed to serve them due to “allergies” however they sell the exact same chips at the kiosk so essentially they just want you to buy from them. Little did they know that I am GF so the snacks I provided were for my allergies but I felt so bad that I put them away and awkwardly left my adult guests and myself without food (granted I could have bought extra food from the kiosk but after spending nearly $350 on the party, I felt it a little rich to expect us to pay even more for extra food when the snacks I bought were perfectly fine). We've had several parties at this venue and it’s the first time I was not allowed to bring my own snacks. Secondly - the host. A young person named Maggie who, although a gentle demeanour, could not control the party at all. I only had 9 kids at the party and she just didn’t seem interested at all, had no patience with the kids and when my son asked how many points he had on his card, he was told “I’ve already told you. You have 900 points.” Which I think was a little abrupt and rude. The party went on and on and I eventually had to demand the food be brought out as the kids were starving and she was too busy chatting behind the counter to wrangle them in to eat. I had a lot going on but I felt like I had to do most of the hosting myself. If I am paying for a host, then… host? Some kids left before the food was even brought out because the party went for about 2.5-3 hours. Too long. The only saving grace was Tarin (I’m sorry if that’s spelt wrong, they were the manager behind the counter I believe). She was very kind and understanding when one child didn’t show up and helped out as much as she could with the final payment and things. All in all, my son had a good time with his friends but honestly, I’d not book another party and just book some lanes and get a platter of chips and nugs. Way cheaper and if you’re paying extra for a host and they really couldn’t care less; then it’s not worth the...

Zone bowling in Morley it's self is a good place to go with kids I gave it a three purely on the rude staff the lady's behind the counter where they serve tickets they were awsome but the kitchen staff who served us Friday night from 5-pm to 7pm they sucked and was rude this one person who served me he's a male with blonde hair omg I could have smacked him right in his face Secondly the food itself was bearly above standard and I paid over $110 dollars on the meal itself for my family the dounuts were burnt to a crisp same with the curly fries the pizza wasn't even cooked it was gross and the hot dogs that go in the buns smelt funny like a off smell and my kids all got a upset stomach after eating literally 10minutes after eating. You could smell the oil hadn't been changed in a long time not only could you smell it but you could also taste the yuckyness of the oil. Some one needs to contact some one from the health n safety department because something isnt right about the staff who sells n serve the food. I also didn't see one staff member who was serving the food n proberly cooking it wearing gloves everyone who handles food and serving the public should be wearing gloves and not one kitchen staff member did The kitchen staff really let zone bowling...

Update 17/08/24

Yeah it's no better just even more expensive. Absolute wrought!!

Rating just downgraded.. how can you have a good time knowing your being so badly ripped off! Prices have gone up again $4.50 for a 600ml water.. that's more than the airport!!

Bowling packages more expensive!! I bet all the kids that work there are all paid the same! I'm never coming back, enough is enough!!

Bowling was excellent.. only good value if you get a package and actually use the return voucher. The biggest problem is some of the staff, especially in the cafe. We had a meal voucher as part of the package. We ordered 3 pizzas and waited way over the ETA, when we queried where they were the staff was rude.. (I even had one shout at me.) and was told if our buzzer hadn't gone off then it wasn't ready. Any way after another 20 mins I didnt feel comfortable going back so I spoke to the front desk who followed it up, only to find out our pizzas had been given to someone else.!! We were offered hot dogs in stead as they now had run out of bases... but that didn't really satisfy. Again what can you do..? We just have to put...
